Hello readers, In case you didnt know, all wireless transactions take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, so if its a little busy anticipate that there will be a wait time; that goes with any Verizon store, especially corporate locations can take even longer. If you dont have the time for an upgrade or new line set up, save it for a day that you do have time, and make sure you are well prepared with the proper information because these particular transactions can take a while as I stated earlier. Would you go into a restaurant and expect to be sat, served- everything to be done in 20 minutes? Of course not, however, Im trying to be realistic. Managers are not present Wednesdays and Sundays, if a customer has an issue that requires a managers attention, they should be in any other day otherwise. As an employee here I take my time to fully disclose everything to a a customer while taking the time to accomadate them and answer any questions they may ask. We are handling legal matters so it is imperative to us that we take our time with our customers so that they fully understand their purchases and services. Im not happy unless you are and I make sure customers of mine feel satisfied and comfortable. Also our store hours have changed and have not been updated online; they are as follows; Monday - Thursday 10-8, Friday-Saturday 10-9 and Sunday 11-6. Thank you for reading and have a great day!

Waited for 30m with no help, absolutely ridiculous this place sucks dont come here. They just ignore you.
