Bunch of thieves never go there! you dont even know how many times the police has been in here. the short guy in charge is the worse. Ive seen people locked inside doors crying begging to let them out because they menace them that they must pay full price for something they where just asking something. or else they would call the police. their TARGET are afraid and stupid looking people who recently came to this country.. if u are smart they will not mess with you but u still gotta be carefull they r trying to catch u some how,. and becarefull about showing too much money in front of them. they are related with robbers in the area.

Welllllllll Im Jadira and I would never hang up on a customer unless you were rude and cursing me out. 2nd we are not able to give out customer account information over the phone so Im pretty sure that my manager told you to call customer service not back "tomorrow" and If our attitudes sucked so much why did my customers follow me to my new location for my service :) We are not thieves people just dont pay attention to what they are agreeing to and signing . Now there is a whole new staff so I cant speak for them

Terrible customer service, most of them with a very bad attitude.. I will never go there again... When I called to inquire about my account, manager refused to help and asked me call tomorrow.. Calling again, then a girl ( Jadira) again refused to help me and hung up the phone.. I have never seen anything like this in my life, at lease not with a big company like Tmobile. Think twice before you go to that store.. I Understand now when Verizion charge more than tmobile, simply verizion does not hire TRASH.

the staff was very helpful and courteous .All i bought was a charger but they explained the differencebetween someof the phones i was interested in ,willgo bsack for sure hwne i need my tmobile phone upgrade
