I have been a customer with T-Mobile for some years now well I got a replacement phone 2 weeks almost 3 weeks ago and when I got it it started to glitch I have a iPhone 6s Plus it was glitching at the top where the time be in your notifications come in and after glitching for about 30 minutes the whole screen completely froze my phone have been like that since September 2nd I called T-Mobile and they told me they were going to ship another one out to me but it was on back order and I should have it within 7 days well the phone got to the T-Mobile store in North Plainfield New Jersey on Route 22 yesterday the 11th and I went to pick it up on the 12th when I got in the store they did everything they needed to do to check to make sure that the phone was not damaged but what they did not do was go into the right spot to say that it was a manufacturer problem and not that I damaged the phone because when you think about a damaged phone you think about cracks on the screen water damage and my phone has none of those problems it was a manufactory glitch I went to the Apple store and they are for me of this problem the Apple Store could not help me because I do not have insurance through Apple Care I have insurance through T-Mobile I then went back to the T-Mobile store in North Plainfield New Jersey Route 22 and they still could not help me they were so rude and there the manager was so rude the employees was so rude and that is just not acceptable because youre supposed to be nice to your customers the man accuse me of lying when I show him proof that I was not lying and he told me it was hard to believe me I have been a loyal customer to T-Mobile for some years now I am not the type of person that will lie when I just purchased a replacement phone not even 2 weeks ago for something that my son did I refuse to pay another $175 for manufactured problem when I got home I called the T-Mobile store directly and the lady informed me that the store should not have done that and they should have gave me the phone that they sent to them she also assured me that the information that I was given inside the T-Mobile store it was wrong so maybe your whole T-Mobile store in North Plainfield New Jersey needs update training I know sometimes people try to get over on phone companies but I am not one of those people specially when I had the proof right in front of their faces all I ask is that some justice be done because you cannot treat customers like this maybe the store manager and the employees need to be written up or attend another training because it is totally unacceptable for their rude Behavior .If they keep getting smart with people you never know if theyre going to get the wrong person in that store and they get smart with them then its going to be a bigger problem than what it should be

Make sure you get everything in writing so when you get your bill you can call T-Mobile directly to dispute all the up charges you will see. They dont have contracts but get something in writing like a sample bill of the plan cost, taxes and phone finance charges. Never call or go to the store directly for a billing dispute. As in my case, they wont "remember what plan they sold you", or the detail of it. Call T-Mobile directly from the app or 611. They will solve the issue quickly, (temporarily). Avoid all the promises of credits to your bill and gift cards for trades ins. You will never be able to keep track of it all because its not clearly described on your monthly bill. You basically has to trust them to get it right. Good luck with that. I have to call every month so far because the bill is wrong every single month for 6 months straight.

The store manager Manu, Mena I dont know whatever is a super rude person.... I got the iPhone 6 preorder and I bought a 5s when I went to pick up my iPhone 6 they didnt charge me for the taxes but I had just changed from Verzion so I wasnt aware of this, two weeks later the store manager called me while I was at work and told me that I had to go pay, I told him I get out of work at 2:00 he told me I had 30 min to get there or he was gonna call the police on me for stealing two phones( I preorder two) as the store manager he should of handle the situation differently . the rest of the staff is awesome and they are super friendly and it was just a mistake the sales rep made it wasnt for him to accused me of stealing!!!

Fantastic service and very helpful. I went in to buy a sim card adaptor and the lady refused to let me pay for one (even though I am not a T-mobile customer) and gave me one free of charge! Would highly recommend.
