Service is phenomenal. I visited this new Chatham location for the first time this week after my IPhone6 had water damage and I was without a phone. Tim assisted me on this visit and was polite, very accommodating and had me with a working phone back in business with no hassle in less than 30 min. He gave me the Asurion info so I could send away for a replacement. Within a day my new replacement phone arrived and today I returned to have it connected and uploaded with my Icloud backup. This time John greeted me and assisted me right away! NO WAIT! Which is amazing for a wireless store. In the past in other stores I would have waited at least 20-30min. He and Pete had my new phone working, new case and FREE tablet ( bonus surprise because of a promotion :)) all ready within record breaking time. I highly recommend this store because of service and prime location and will be making this my go to store. Thanks again Tim, John, and Pete!!!!

The Chatham Verizon is the last bastion of American Values and Efficient consumer relation. Christopher Williams, a sales associate, is the absolute epitome of excellence. From the moment we walked in you could literally feel the essence of preparation. At this point I no longer experience life the same, I have sequesterd myself from the rest of civilization for what could easily the rest of my life. I can not be more sincere with the absolute satisfaction I experienced today.

When I had smashed my phone and completely broken it I thought for sure I would be without one for many day to come. However, thanks to the wonderful service provided by Chris Williams I was able to upgrade to the iPhone 7 for the lowest cost. Chris worked me through all the details and helped me better understand all the differences between phones. Excellent service, very helpful staff. John Ortiz was particularly helpful to me with my Note 4 phone an and updated program. Got a wonderful new tablet and so much help to get it set up. I will definitely be telling my Morris County and Basking Ridge friends to check this store out. Why stand in line at the Short Hills Mall? Get your shopping done there, have a nice meal at Legal Seafoods, but spend less time and get more help for your phone or tablet here!

Tim Patterson did such an amazing time helping me figure out why my phone battery kept dying so quickly even when it was set up on low power mode. He gave me some tips about not over charging my phone along with setting my settings up a certain way to let my phone run more efficiently. He was extremely kind, personable, and knew what he was talking about. Great experience and will surely come back and recommend people to him.

Very polite, staff .. However, quoted one thing then delivered another. When confronted with the error, costing me more per month, they admitted the error but could do nothing about it! I was left with the overcharges and a higher cost plan. Very poor knowledge of the Verizon plans and charges. Bottom line numerous quotes and misinformation given to me on more than one point! Costing me more money.

He not only solved the issue but helped by explaining the problem and not making me feel stupid, he was extremely patient and professional. As someone who dislikes the bulkiness that cases add to phones, I went in looking to get something which would keep my screen protected without adding size. Chris Williams immediately knew just the product for me. Within minutes he recommended and attached a glass screen protector. Perfect for my preferences while keeping my screen safe from cracks. I had not been to this store before but a neighbor recommended it highly. So on a visit to Ace Hardware, I came in for some technical help with my Samsung phone. Not only did John answer all my questions but he also went into settings in the phone and changed to what I wanted.
