Went in earlier today to upgrade my mother and I to iPhone 7s, we showed up around 7:30 PM, not realizing they closed at 8:00 and Sonny was more than willing to stay late to finalize our upgrade and help us. After he applied screen protectors and cases to our phones and going above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs in a very professional manner he was not even bothered by the fact that he stayed 45 minutes longer than the stores close time. I definitely would recommend people go to this store and be helped by Sonny, thanks again!

Had trouble with my daughters phone went into the Florham Park location and saw Pat. The best customer service experience Ive ever had and Ive been with Verizon for 20 years. Pat helped my daughter get a new phone and took care of everything with ease. I will continue coming here and I will also recommend my friends and family.

This store is awesome! I needed a screen protector for my phone and Mike did an account analysis for me and found a way to save money for me and get me a mobile Hotspot for free. This was huge for me because I needed something like that when I travel but didnt think I could afford it.
