Made an appointment to replace the battery on my iPhone 5s. The technician inspected the phone and gave me a waiver form to sign. I quickly reviewed and signed it. I asked him if he would like to have the phone unlock password but he declined saying that they respect customers privacy. Took about 30 minutes. After I went home, I saw that there was a yellow smudge near the top of the screen. Some kind of permanent damage. I called and the technician said the waiver form stated that the frame was bent and because the phone was locked he couldnt perform a step that may have helped to prevent the damage. He went into a whole lot of technical detail. My point remained... The screen was fine before I went into the store and it is now permanently damaged. I acknowledge that I signed the waiver but he did not explicitly point out the bent frame issue and that screen damage was a potential side effect of replacing the battery so I could make an informed decision. Very disappointed. I thought I was extending the life of the phone by a few months but came out with a new battery and a unsightly smudge on the screen. Poor workmanship, poor communication, poor customer service.

Brought a working Swiss Army watch in for a battery, and left with a watch that no longer worked. Then the owner said it wasnt working when I brought it in. I said it was working, its just running about a minute slow everyday. She said again, it was not working. I told her then how come the time on the watch is correct right now, this caught her by surprised, but still insisted it was not working (A complete lie) When I ask to talk to the manager, she said she was the owner. So now I have no one to complain to, and a one year old Swiss Army Watch that no longer works. Stay away!!! FOLLOW UP: I brought my watch to a watch repair shop today and was told the coils were shorted out when the battery was changed. He said that particular watch you need to be very careful when replacing the battery. I guess she wasnt careful. A little advice, bring your watch to a jewelry store or a watch repair store for your batteries.

This store repaired the display on my Galaxy S4 on November 25th. Less then one month later the display was not working. The original repair came with an "extensive" 6 month warranty on parts and labor, so I expected to be covered. I was told there was no warranty because I dropped the phone. When I explained it was not a drop that made it stop working I was still told no warranty - I would have to pay for the repair. Terrible attitude, terrible service, I urge anyone considering going here to find someplace else!! Horrible experience.

Bought a motorcycle battery last year and its dead this year. They will not warrant the battery because its holding less then 9 volts. They clame the battery was neglected even know it was only sitting for 2 months. Told me they have to test it and it will take 5 to 24 hours. I asked if they had a loaner and they said no. I ask for a solution that would allow me to have a good battery for today and the only option I had was to buy a new one at full price. Needless to say I was not happy with the product nor the service.

I was happy to find a place that could supply the battery for my GPS and perform the replacement. We had discussed the need to charge the battery and they said they would do it. However, the battery needed several more hours of charging when I brought it home. Unfortunately my maps were lost, but I should have removed the SIM card before turning over the unit. That said, I would have appreciated a reminder. I would recommend the store to my neighbors.

I needed a tractor battery in a hurry. Sears didnt have one within 50 miles (no wonder they are going out of business ). I went on line and picked it up within 1 hour. Great service !!
