I got price from Cheryl that she work in this shop 9 s7 edge it was $770 then they said it went down to $360 . also costumer car said same thing that was last night today went to pay the store they took off the price tag front of me and they said the price went up to 480 then bi call 611 for 95 min the customers loyalty was giving me all fake stories end up with more lies i am going to report this company to the BBB . PS . they even charge wrong tax i got mony back chec from the gov

I come in and everyone is very friendly. The sales representatives greet you as soon as you walk in and are very willing to help. Very clean, never had any issues with this location. ASK FOR JOE! Hes an excellent sales representative and will help with any problems you may have or something just as simple as looking for a pair of head phones. Hes awsome.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I have been in this T-Mobile location 3 times regarding my Samsung Galaxy Note 7 recall and they were always pleasant and professional. Unfortunately the store doesnt carry many phone options as they are an outlet, if you want a phone that they dont have you either have to order it or go to a different location.

Jessica was very friendly, patient and answered all of our questions as we finally switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. Took us right away, no waiting. Wasnt overly pushy with accessories like other sales people have been in the past. Definitely recommend going here if you are thinking about switching over. Thank you Jessica!

went to buy new sim and activate with existing number. the sim cost $25 in the shop vs on amazon $7. more than 3 times... that is ridiculous pricing. i did not want to wait a day to get via amazon, and have paid the price for it. beware!!
