Myself, my Mom and my 10 year old son went into the store on Friday, late morning , 7/14/2017. I wanted to get a new phone for my 10 year old, a starter phone, no frills, no massive amount of time spent there; as I knew what I wanted for him.Last time I was there, it took hours.I was asked "What can we do for you today", by a man already working with a customer.I simply asked if a sales associate was available.A young lady called me over, and we had a seat and I explained what I wanted, and didnt want.Another lady came over and assisted us.The 2 ladies were extremely responsive to our needs, got exactly what my son needed, and were extremely fast, helpful, and friendly.If only I knew their names. When I go back to the store I will be sure to look for 1 of these 2 woman who were of great help, and will also get their names and cards.Thank you so much..and it took less than 30 minutes !!

I had the great luck of working with Tom yesterday at the Napanoch Verizon wireless location. After having my 2 year old cell phone break down during a busy work day, I arrived at the store nearly frantic as there were many business calls & texts I had missed earlier in the day. Within no time Tom not only had my issue sorted & wrapped up, but he also managed to turn my day around with his kindness, humor & expertise. I would absolutely recommend the Napanoch store. Another positive aspect is its peaceful, low key location. No long lines or cranky customer service!

Andrea help me with my upgrade and new 7 plus. She was great! Professional, polite, informative, excellent sales skills and personality. Have always dealt with a store in Middletown but NOW this is the ONLY store and ONLY person I will deal with. VERIZON loses her I switch providers!!
