Bought an assembled bike for my children on 5/1/16. After using it a while the chain snapped off. After dealing with the people at Schwinn, we find out that the gear changer mechanism had been installed upside down! They were shocked it was even operational as long as it was. Could have been a dangerous situation as at any time the chain could have locked up causing one of the kids to go flying off it. Completely unacceptable.
