If I could rate a zero, I would. First off, how can a manager lecture and ridicule a child over goldfish, is beyond me. Unprofessional and overall a horrible way to treat any human being let alone a child. There is no justifying the fact that she tried to say that we needed a 40 gallon tank on top of all the other things she was trying to sell. But, when I try to call and complain about the horrible treatment and sales tactics, oh ho ho, it was in fact the manager who claimed "Hmm, Thats not how that happened" At my last nerve, I said "How can someone as a manager, belittle a child all for the sake of a poor sales tactic, is beyond me and extremely unprofessional" not wanting to hear her snide voice and poor excuses any further. I would not go to this petco. I will never go to this petco again. Id say that if you must venture inside that you not under go the fish department managers interrogation and horrible sales tactics and just save yourself and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else! Lesson learned and we will not be back. So, Thank you PetCo for hiring and training horrible managers that interrogate and belittle customers and their children (If you cant tell my heavy sarcasm then Im at a complete loss).

I had my dog and cat groomed here recently. I was informed that the prices did go up a bit. At first I was unhappy because the former manager charged me a lot less. Maybe this is why there is a whole new crew? I paid the increase and I am very happy. This girl can groom. Now I know why I was paying so little for a mediocre job. My cat wasnt stressed out at all, nor did he hide for days as he usually did. I will gladly tell all my friends to go to this grooming department.

This place /people have no business in sales of marine fish . Even the associate admitted theyd never buy fish from them . We made a huge mistake the evening we went in to use the gift cards that we had . they didnt have a proper UV sterilizer so we got crazy we decided to buy a fish not really thinking it through . We ended up in two days totally infecting our tank and killing are fish. I seriously think these people truly should never be aloud to sell anything.

Such a shame. Ive been shopping here for years because I live so close. Until I went another store on my way home from work to get dogfood and realized that the Petco charges $20 MORE for the same bag og dogfood. Not to metion the other store actually has more than 3 people working and helping customers. I will never go back to Petco. This company understaffs and overcharges. Be a bit more "Smart"

I absolutely love this place!!!!! They are very knowledgeable, always have my turtles food and when I call they know who I am. I walk in the front door and get greeted by everyone that knows me. One of my favorite places to go look at fish. They always have great selections for aquatic plants! And good sea life! Freshwater prices vary. Overall a great place to go. Go on sunday and adopt one of their loving dogs in need of a furrever home.
