I will never shop here again. After making an appointment 3 weeks ago for the groomers, I was greeted rudely at the door by the same associate who took my reservation saying I didnt have one and I was probably at the wrong store. She invited us in so she could check, and continued her nasty attitude, when she asked what "I wanted done to the dog". I told her he needed everything, bath, nails, ears, but before I could even finish she said "Do you want him shaved?" I said no, and she responded with "Well thats not everything no is it?" We proceeded to leave after that I was not about to leave my dog with a woman who clear;y hates her job, who knows what could have happened.

This is he best pet store in the Coachella Valley! The employees are friendly & helpfull. Stephanie/Steph is amazing with the animals..our dogs love going to get groomed there. The store is clean & well stocked.
