We send our Golden Retriever here often for a grooming. They have always done an amazing job. I cant find one thing that i could say negative about their service! I do wish you could pay for the service in the grooming shop rather than go wait in their large lines. As far as their store. A few people (including the guy that works in the fish area) has always been very helpful. However, there seems to always be a large line and almost like you are annoying the cashiers when you are in line and ringing up your items. I hope they improve their lines and have more friendly staff.

I cant believe what I saw at my local Petco today! Tropical fish stacked on shelves in small plastic containers too small for them to swim in - even turn around in. Just sitting there… I asked the salesclerk if she didnt think it was inhumane to keep fish in such a small container with no oxygen. She said the fish were better off in "cottage cheese cartons" than in the rice paddies in SE Asia where they came from. What?! I will never shop at Petco again. Im calling PETA.

We recently went to Petco to purchase some much needed dog food last minute and arrived at the South Hill Petco close to closing. We didnt expect to receive much if any service due to our timing but were pleasantly surprised when Raleigh stepped up and engaged us. We didnt know exactly what product we wanted but Raleigh took the time to help us figure out what would be best. A huge THANK YOU to Raleigh!

This is the best place to buy fish in the entire Spokane area, hands down. The biggest reason being the 2 employees (Rich and Janet), they really know most everything about the fish they carry. Another big reason is that Rich orders the best and biggest variety of fish in the area. If you are looking for a great place to buy fish and get great knowledge and advice this is the place to go!

went in to look at the fish tanks, possibly buy one I saw on petco online. The tanks at the store were 10-15 dollars more in the store. I asked why and they said the shipping cost makes them the same price. I even showed the clerk it was free shipping and she said "oh" and walked off..will be going to pet smart from now on.

Terry is the one of the best groomers in the universe. Our large goldendoodle, Dixie, is always in motion, mostly up and down, and likes to chew on hands, Not only has Terry always been able to manage Dixie, she did a beautiful job shaping his unruly coat. No wonder they are always booked way in advance. Thanks Terry!

Never visit for grooming have a pup 3 months and refused to groom because she did not have rabies shots... Strange the Vet stated the earliest they can give is at four months. Of course the websites for Petco never states need to bring the shot records. They lost my business permanently.

I bring my 80 pound dog in for a grooming all the time. He is SO difficult to groom at home yet they always manage to get him in and out quickly with no problems. They treat him like hes their own and theyre always so friendly. Thank you Petco!

At Petsmart the services are a complete nightmare and they need to do background checks on who they hire and have to volunteer. Petco is much better and my dog feels much safer going in there. I recommend Petco to everyone! Great job Petco!

They are so disorganized and put wrong information on your pet in their system! Do not go there you do not know what they actually do to your pet if they cant even keep your pets name and personal information correct!

We went in for a family fish and we got what we needed. The help with getting said fish was a little slow because you couldnt find anyone very easy. But we got what we went for and the kids are very excited.
