Well, this big rude woman (petsmart staff) stalked us all over the store, every time we stopped to examine something shed whip around the corner and literally hover over us like we were homeless people in a beverly hills boutique or something, huffing and foot tapping so she could maniacally re-adjust whatever wed dared to touch. Ive spent quite a bit of money at petsmarts all up & down the west coast and have never had an experience like this, it was ridiculous. The final straw was when I paid for a pro nail clipping and 2 rookies pinned down my dog and severed the quick on 3 different nails, a senior staff groomer actually came over and started explaining to them where the quick was and how to cut correctly- right in front of me, I mean, cmon, I paid for a clean professional service, a blind man couldve done a better job and my dog was totally traumatized.

I made an appointment to have my 10# dog a bath, I arrived 10 min early it took them 4 hrs 20 min to give her a bath and she was still wet when I picked her up, they failed to call me to tell me when she was finished, they were rude when I told them what my feelings were and when I told them I would never bring her back, it was a horrible experience, their grooming salon needs someone to take a look at their help.

Went to get my cat groomed. The cat specialist actually stayed late to finish my kitty and another worker, Whitney (I think her name is) nurtured my her through the entire process. 5 star service. Would definitely come again.
