The WORST experience that I have EVER had at a petsmart. First off when we called to make an appointment the woman on the phone was completely ditsy. We told her we wanted an appointment for 9 AM. When we walked in at that time the lady who took our dog said the appointment had been scheduled for 12. The lady took our dog and apologized for the miscommunication and told us that she would be done by 1 PM. We had showed the groomer the picture of what we wanted done( just a trimming down to the undercoat). It turned out to be 1:30 PM and we called to ask what was taking so long and they said it was taking longer than expected and they would call in 45 minutes. It was 2:30 and we still didnt have a phone call so we headed there to pick her up. My fiancé and I walked in and I was HORRIFIED. The groomer was SHAVING my malamute. Shaving. She DESTROYED my malamutes beautiful undercoat. When a dog has a double coat you NEVER cut their undercoat or their fur will NEVER grow back the right way. This groomer destroyed my dog. On top of that my dog was TERRIFIED she was shaking and chocking on the leash they had on her. The groomer then started arguing with me and trying to tell me that she was cutting her like the picture I had shown her(which two of the womans coworkers agreed that the hair cut wasnt similar in any way) I told her she was wrong and she destroyed my dog then the groomer had the nerve to say "well are you sure thats even the same dog from the picture"..... She yelled this at me. This ridiculous question(as I only have one malamute black and white dog) and she yelled it to me. I ended up not paying for anything and getting an apology from the grooming manager but this is the worst thing that has ever happened. My dogs beautiful coat is never going to grow back the right way and she looks like a shaved alpaca(they left her head and tail poofy). I hope none of you have an experience like this but just be warned.

I love their Fish supplies. Awesome variety, good prices, and the fish themselves are taken care of pretty good by petstore standards. I come here all the time for filters, fish food, and whatnot for my tank. I also come to pick up the occasional leash, collar, etc when needed for my dog. Id like to do food too, but its alot cheaper elsewhere for dog food. i do like that they have all the organic stuff though, which i dont buy anyway but someone must. Cons- their groomers are very picky about having papers, and they never are able to take an appointment on the spot, you have to schedule it out, which the last time i checked i was told it would be 4 weeks for an appointment...seriously? yes i just said nevermind then.

Bought two sucker fish and both died. One less than 12 hours after we put it in and the other 2 days later. Whats worse they both had white fungus spots. Now Im having to change the water in my tank and treat my fish. The levels in my tank are always perfect. So I know it wasnt me. Come to find out the lady in charge of the aquariums has little to no experience in the area. Looking at all the other aquariums was about the same. Poor fish are being neglected. Talked to the manager, offered me new fish. I had to point out the sports on the poor thihgs. Wont be going back.

Took Bishop, my 90 lb American Pit in for a bath, brushing, nail trim, & teeth clean. Team was eager to make my appointment and help when I arrived. This little 90 lb baby gets so scared going to groomer or vet. They handled getting him to the back with very little stress. That was very much appreciated!!! Bishop doesnt usually take to people quickly. However, he really seemed to LOVE Briana. Whats more is that she did a phenomenal job. Bishop looked great and was not stressed at all when I picked him up. THANK YOU BRIANA!!!!!

The worst experience with my dog, we went to clip his nails, these lady didnt put a collar on him they drop my dog in floor hurt his head he was bleeding we complain to store manager,call corporate office no one ever call us at all thats so sad they said they care for animals and obviously they not so sad! Please be careful with your puppies !!! Keep and eye always.

Best Grooming Team! :) Got my new 8 week old puppy "Precious" her FREE puppy treatment and the woman "Kinsey" offered me a buzz on the feet and butt for only just $5.00 total! :) My pup came home completely clean, nails trimmed and two cute little bows in her hair! :) So awesome! :D Very cheap and great for a first-timer! Thank you Petsmart! <3

Ive been taking my dog to this location almost 12 years and Im pretty much done. They call you at the START of an appointment youve set up to say oops booked you in an appointment thats unavailable. No apologies or anything. Well screw them their groomers arent even that great for what they charge anyway go somewhere with more morals.

Rude staff with disgusting attitudes. Said they were busy, but were not. All they did was sit around and talk and also be on theyre phones. And Cindy the manager was the worse one she was very unfriendly and hands off!! Alexis was the friendliest one. She was trying her best to help although she was the busiest one. Shes a great employee!!

Dropped my dog off...she spent 3 hours there. Picked her up..she smelled like fish. I paid for the "top dog" package, her mouth does not smell any fresher, and I was told that they could not express her anal glands which was my main reason for even getting her groomed. I could of washed her at home in 10 minutes and saved myself $50.

I wasted my money on your grooming service I went to pick up my puppy after 3 hours and her nails were not trimmed cause your groomers cant handle an 11 lb chihuahua and still charged me for that! I took her to petco and they did it in less than 5 minutes! Im never going back to petsmart.

Only complaint I have is when we need crickets we sometimes have waited half an hour just to get help. Other than that staff is friendly lots of pet items and always has a good selection of pets. They have a reward members system which slashes down prices on almost everything in the store

I love how helpful everyone is.the store is very clean and everything always looks great! They always have the answer to any fish tank problems i have! Also there grooming service is awesome!

WASTED money with their "trainer". Was an absolute joke....4 wasted weeks of my time. Youre better off watching a YouTube video or hiring a trainer that works somewhere else!
