I called in to reserve two chairs on site and was told they had tons of them and no need to set two aside. I then drove 20 min and was told they were "out". They stated they had a higher priced chair still in stock or I could order one and get it in three weeks. Manager didnt speak to me and I was told there was nothing they could do as it was "set in stone" "Classic bait and switch" My money and I drove home empty handed to start my "why I hate patio town website".

I came here looking for just a few things for around my house. Despite the fact that I wasnt there for any big ticket items, they answered all of my questions without Hawking over me or trying to upsell me. They gave me space to decide but were right there to help me with questions and check out. I also feel like I got a good product at a much more reasonable price than I was expecting when I drove up. I *highly* recommend them.

This place was awesome. ...super helpful. Nice to have a place that knows what they are talking about and how to do it. I had been all around trying to get ideas to replace my worn steps. Had a quote for $800 from another place. Went here they gave me best option it was $140. Very very happy customer. I will be back with other projects.
