My husband and I were treated very poorly here after inquiring of renting a truck. The staff were not knowledgeable. And were rude. Besides the fact that their prices for renting a truck is 20 for the first hour and another 5 dollars for every 15 MINUTES you go over. Almost all competitors have a far better deal. After being treated poorly, we left and went to Home Depot in Woodbury. Where not only is their deal for renting a truck ,20 dollars for the first hour, and only 10 dollars for every addition HOUR, but we received excellent customer service. We will never go back to the Menards in Oak Park Heights, but will continue to give our business to Home Depot and Lowes.

I think home repair stores are kind of like sodas or cars; your have a favorite based upon what you grew up with and which ever one your family prefers. We are a Menards family; we go there for everything, and were lucky that the Oak Park Heights Menards has some knowledgable and helpful staff. They usually have things in stock, you can find an associate, and theyre pretty helpful too.

Very poor customer service. Had to go to Hudson Menards to get it done. Paint department in Oak Park Heights said they couldnt do it..,Hudson did it immediately no issues no attitude. Manager on duty was useless.. Im a Hudson customer now

I love Menards. Im not sure what it is, but I just like shopping here over Home Depot or Lowes. It might just be habit, or that I know where everything is. Oh, and that I can buy a beef stick each time Im there.
