I went here today looking for some flexible hose. I ended up going to 3 people to finally getting what I need as they ready dont know what their inventory is, and unlike OHaras (true value) nobody there really knows what to do with the stuff they sell. Then we saw a bargain on some shorts(they do have some bargains there), but no dressing room to try them on to make sure they fit....why sell clothes without a dressing room. We asked if I could use the mens room to try them on....OOOOHHHHH. NOOOOO, you cant do that...So, in my humble opinion, they were saying they did not want my money.

I have had great service from this store and appreciate the variety of stock that is available. However as a senior, I am not pleased that such a large store only has ONE electric cart for those of us who are disabled and cannot walk and shop. It seems like discrimination to not care for all those who want to shop at such a wonderful store. Please consider us seniors and provide 3-4 carts for us. I am sure you will notice that they will more than pay for themselves. Thanks for your consideration.

Todays trip was to get parts for shelving bought at Menards. They only sell part of shelving and have poor choices for the main parts (the shelving itself, they sell extra uprights, sides rails and cross members but not the shelf wire or solid board). Common style shelving that these parts are all required for and they sell the shelving in the complete sets. Apparently they need space for the candles and frozen pizzas, so they dont have room for the hardware people need.

Needed a brick saw and they said that it would take like three weeks to special order one. Bought their rental brick saw and they charged full price. It quit working in just six days. They said that it was purchased "as is" and refused a refund. On their copy of the sales ticket they wrote in big letters "AS IS!". We paid full price for a used saw that would have normally had a warranty and got junk.

Lack of stock is forcing me to shop elsewhere and I will continue to do so. I get the excuse that other store in Iowa only carry two 2 gl buckets of course wall and ceiling texture, I bought those 2 and they are clueless as to when they will have more. Now I have 3 rooms of carpet paid for and it is going to sit in the store until my walls and ceiling are finished.

This differently isnt a Lowes or Home Depot, but it works for most things. The selection is lacking for many departments of the store. The staff are not overly helpful or certified in their respective areas. Ive been using Amazon and YouTube more and more instead of going to Menards (plus I think their little jiggle they play every 5 minutes is very annoying).

Lol. What a poor excuse for a lumberyard. Ive never seen the likes of a place so unorganized. Its no wonder why its like a wild goose chase every time you ask one of the unknowledgeable yard rats to help find an item. Thats if you could ever find one. Its honestly hard to believe that a company that operates so poorly is still in business.

Need to get it together, they put signs up for flowers on sale and have a sign how much then you get to register and its way higher,you show them where you got it and then they say its wrong but dont have any other plant like it its in the lets get rid of it pile,treat you like you were trying to steal it

Miyra in shipping has went up and over the top,when she is helping people.I have spent alot of money in your store,and been there many times.due lately to a fire in our home.ive never wrote a review on anyone there until now.this girl is a valuable asscet to your store..

If you take anything into store to look for a match make sure you stop at customers service or you will be accused of stealing even when they dont sell anything that even looks.like what you took into store

To little help, what help there is stands around taking to each other. The two or more wanting in line and opening up another line is a joke. This applies to all the stores I have been in. Great training!

Always helpful associates, but on a higher level they really could use more signage on where things are. Took me roughly 10 minutes to find painters tape, and another for nail filler.
