Purchased dock inserts mid-summer trusting they would be quality built. Less than a year later they are falling apart. Had to go through the entire dock piece by piece and add 48 screws to each one myself to save it after spending over $1200 on it. UPDATE: The manager has reached out to me to make things right. So Im improving my rating. I will likely bump it again once things are made right.
