They lost me as a customer. They fixed my nail gun and I got it back with a 50 dollar bill and the same problem. They claimed it was working fine. I hired a helper and paid him for 2 days work. I should have just bought me a new gun, it would have been cheaper and I would have been able to use my help. They blamed me for the problem. They will not even give me a full refund on the bill for fixing it. I would never suggest anyone go to this pseudo tool shop, they do not stand behind their tools or work!

The jerk in the repair center told me my tool was out of warranty and would cost $100 to repair. I checked online there was 3.5 years left on the warranty. If he doesnt like his job he should move on! He lost a customer and I will share with others how they treat people.

Very professional and eager to help. I needed a small part for a belt sander, and they were able to get it for me. They didnt give me attitude for it being a small dollar item, and seemed genuinely satisfied to help.

I almost didnt stop here because of the other reviews. The guy in the repair area could not have been nicer. Fixed my drill (small problem) and didnt even charge me! I will come back again!

Very poor tool repair service, cant give you time frames to fix tools or get parts will never take any of my tools back for repair again. Worst service I have ever had.
