Horrible experience with this company!! Wont stand behind their "so called dealers" that they use and are not trained to do so. Their "untrained" dealer installed my stove incorrectly, called another dealer in from 8 hours away to correct my issue, costing me another $3200. So after 2 1/2 years in court suing the installer and getting nothing, I tried to negotiate with the owner to recoup some money but now is totally avoiding all of my phone calls. Stay away, youve been warned!!

I bought a 7200E in the fall of 2015 and absolutely love it! The staff at Crown Royal Stoves were vary helpful with picking out the stove that best fit my needs. The install was amazingly quick and easy. If I have any questions about the stove they are prompt at answering my questions or calling back with the right answer. If anyone is questioning which brand of outdoor boiler to buy I would recommend Crown Royal 100%

I purchased a 7300 E because of the R30 insulation claim by the manufacturer. Upon a closer look it is clear that this is a false claim. I have asked the engineers at Crown Royal to show me how they can make this claim. They will not call me back or provide supporting documents. That is poor customer service and false advertising!
