I was excited to do my wedding registry at the Springfield, Mo location. The products are nice but here are my issues and I hope that the company will take it to heart: 1) It seemed like the employee helping us was following us around and telling us what to register. I wanted to have the scanner and be left alone. I didnt need her to tag along with my fiancé and I. 2) I was told, "You have no idea how much stuff youre going to want to get rid of when you combine households. Youll want to throw everything out!" I did not need to scan new dishes. I have new dishes. Ive lived on my own since I was 18 and have plenty of nice things. Why waste them? I did not like the employee telling me what I would want. My family and friends cannot afford to buy me expensive dishes and pots and pans, so I didnt want it on my registry. I wanted them to not feel like they had to financially burden themselves if they chose to buy me a gift. Sure, they could get me a gift card but most people prefer to buy an actual gift. Im sure the lady helping me had good intentions, and was just doing as she was told, but I found it annoying. I am not the only one either-- several of my friends said that they had the same experience, one of them saying it was the same 18 years ago. 3) Employees were talking poorly a bout Targets registry system. I dont understand why because it is WAY simpler. BBB should take lessons from Target. 4) After a frustrating day in the store, a few weeks later I decided to give registering online a try. What a mess. The online system is so unorganized. I could barely figure out how to get to my registry, and was never able to add an item-- I could only view the registry and our cause items. I called the store twice and used the online chat and neither helped. Target and Amazon online were so simple. The lady on the phone was very professional and tried her best to help me but I was so frustrated at that point with everything that I just decided to forget about it. 5) When I tried on dresses at Davids Bridal, I guess somehow my information was given to BBB which caused all of the issues I had with accessing my registry online, because it had already created an account for me. Thats seriously EXTREMELY annoying. That is where my original frustration came from when I tried to complete my registry online. This should be changed. 6) The equipment was out of date in my opinion. Target has an iPhone that I was able to set up my own account on after a short explanation from an employee. After just a few minutes we were off on our own to scan our items without anyone trying to hold our hands. 7) I found that the store was over priced. Maybe they had quality products, but target has cuter products and is more budget friendly. 8) The setup of the store was confusing. I waited in a line at the front of the store that said "Registries" and then was redirected to the back of the store where the registry section actually is. An employee came up to me while I was in line to ask what I would need help with and I said I needed to register. She said she didnt have the capabilities on her computer for that and to keep waiting there. Why didnt she tell me to go to the registry area where they actually can do that? Instead, I waited in line forever and then was redirected. I am not unhappy with the service here; they were all friendly. But so friendly that it was annoying at times. I wouldnt have minded if occasionally they asked if I needed help. Like I said I thought maybe it was just is being grumpy, but I have had so many people tell me that they had the same experience. I am so frustrated that I am cancelling the registry and just adding more products to Amazon and target. Please consider updating your procedures as far as registries go.

Unbelievable service. We went in at 8pm to start our wedding registry. It was 9pm by the time she got us all set up and ready to go with the scanner. We walked around for a wile on our own then the manager came by to tell us we had all the time we needed and there was no rush even though they just closed. After a wile of wondering aimlessly around just looking. The wedding consultant came by and led us around the store, helped us pick out bedding, plates, kitchen ware, and all the above. It was 11pm by the time we got out of there. Every one there was remarkably friendly and more than willing to help us in any way possible. I highly recommend them for anyone and everyone. Words cant really describe how pleased I am with this place. I think our wedding consultant should be getting a raise or something, she is amazing at her job!

This place couldnt get any better. NOT ONE BIT. My fiance and I walked in there at 9 p.m. wanting to start our registry, and they close at 9:30. They were still so helpful and didnt even tell us what time they closed, because it didnt matter to them, they just wanted to help us out. By the time they got us set up and ready to shop it was already 9:30 but they were still willing to help us. GREAT customer service. There is always people walking around asking if you need help. very pleased

BBAB allows you to personalize each aspect of your home. The bathroom decor stood out most. All the matching items were put into columns to make it simple to outfit your bathroom. Last time I was there, I purchased a couple cooking utensils. These were the best utensils across the board. Doesnt take much to wash them either. To be fair, BBAB isnt inexpensive. Consider the value vs cost. They will continue to have my business.

This five star rating is for the service JEANETTE gave me and my fiancé when we went in toregister for wedding gifts. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and gets down to business, but was also patient when we needed her to be. Guys if youre like me and not very good at this wedding stuff then Jeanette is the person that can help you efficiently and effectively.

Leann and Jeanette were so helpful today. Extremely friendly and very professional. We have loved the last 10 months of preparation for our wedding then after our wedding with bed bath and beyond in Springfield, MO. All of the employees there have been great. Thank you for helping us begin our journey together as husband and wife. We have and will refer everyone!

Very good for registering for a wedding here, but I wouldnt go here just to shop for myself. They have all the newest gadgets and they are all ways filled up with product. Also their kitchen section is very good.

This is a standard location. Its close to other really typical shopping. The customer service is typical and nothing super special. You will leave satisfied.

I was so relieved to see that they have a BBAB in Springfield. Even more pleased when I scored some Kitchen Aid dish towels for $2 on clearance! Winning!

It is usually not very clean, and the staff never seems to be helpful. I have even had cashiers refuse to take my coupons before.
