The Menards in West St. Paul is pretty nice. On most things they are cheaper than Lowes or Home Depot. This one has a nice garden center that they take care of quite well. One word of caution: their lumber is a grade lower than HD or Lowes. When I needed large amounts of wood to build a chicken coop it was fine, because the chickens didnt care about the quality! If you are building a house or deck that needs to be nice, take a careful look at the wood you grab.

I was at your store on monday,March 13th 3ish in home goods bought furniture the guys that helped us awesome customer service then we went to the contractor area to set up a pickup time and again great customer service. I would say it was a fun time both areas gave us a good laugh. Enjoyable. This may seen sappy. Im serious

They never seem to have what I need in stock. Customer service response is quick, but with unsatisfactory results. I will only shop here as last resort from now on. Overcharged me by 30% for a similar product to what I needed, but could make work. Refused a discount. Youll have better luck elsewhere.

Every time I have shopped here the employees have been awful! I rarely meet someone with a smile or that actually cares about their job. I have never felt more like a burden at any store before. Very displeased. The paint department especially lacks any skills in customer service.

My wife sent me to get a couple of things. I had trouble locating them. One employee looked all over for one item. The a man in customer service located it for me. I bought two go show my appreciation. Will give one to Ali for her new apartment.

Worst customer service ever. Absolutely appalling. When you literally have to walk around the store yelling "Hello?? Does anyone work here??" ..you know there are issues. The manager at this store should be embarrassed.

Love Menards. We live out of state so I always swing in when im near a Menards. Lumber, lawn furniture, laundry & candy... Love it all plus the cashiers are really friendly
