The first time I went to Verizon. I was under the impression that I was going to finance a phone for my phone plan. Turns out that the guy changed the contract just before I signed to have it as a phone rental. So I have to pay $40 extra a month for my rented phone for two years. Tried to fix it and they said I was bound by contract and tough luck. Not only that, that same phone blew up in Vegas and I had to order a new one. I guess I left the old phone in the hotel cause someone found it and sent it to me two months later. Verizon charged me $200 for the device and said it will be taken off when they get the phone. Well I sent it and now they refuse to take the charge off. I dont understand how thats legal. On top of that, the auto payment stopped working and I didnt know, without warning, today they turned off my phone that I use for work. That phone is how I make my money. Now Im constantly being thrown between customer care and financial services going over the same dialogue over and over and over and over. They created it to be a loop to drive people nuts and give up. They wont reactivate my account so that I can make money to pay for the account thats over due. Now I have to go start a new phone plan with a different service so I can pay that bill and then get charged for cancelling my contract. This company will scam you and screw you over first chance they get. And being a business owner does nothing when It comes to this company. I cant believe I even trusted this company.

Wow! 2 senior citizens walked in(husband and myself.) Patience personified does not begin to describe Phils demeanor. I wanted to have cellular data on my iPad and potentially upgraded our flip phone(yes flip phone.) 2 or 2 /2 hours later...new iPhone 6 for me. New flip phone(not an oxymoron) for husband and iPad with a cellular data plan! International calls set up. Contacts and all other things married up between iPad and Phone! Customer service and helpful! Best yet? They have user classes for free the 2nd and 3rd Sundays. Free. Phil likes his coffee black and light roasted. Hint! Cannot say enough positive things about our experience at this store!

I went in for my phone upgrade and had questions on what the pro/cons were for the iPhone 6 and 6s as well as the 6+ and 6s+ in addition to the payment plan and insurance options and coverage. The representative, Derek, was extremely personable as well as very knowledgeable about the phones I had questions on. He pointed out what features were and were not available on the different models. By showing me the various features on a 6s as well as his demonstrated product knowledge of other models, I was able to make the right decision that fit my needs; the 6s+. Thank you Derek for your assistance!!!

The only reason this Verizon store is getting a 1 star rating, because you cannot choose zero stars. I was lied to when I signed up to get a free tablet when purchasing a new phone. The sales person said if I didnt like the service on the tablet, I could return it and they would cancel the $10/month fee. After 3 months the battery on the tablet didnt hold a charge and I didnt use as much as I thought I would. Went back and they said I couldnt cancel and I was looked in for that $10/month until the end of two years. So not only was I lied to, Im out $210 of my hard earned money. Thanks Verizon!

This is the best Verizon Wireless in the area. I have been there twice in a week; once to switch from android to iPhone, then to switch back from iPhone to android. The store was not crowded like many. I was there after work one day and the other early afternoon. Both times Phil and Darrow were there to help. Super friendly and especially knowledgeable. This will be "my" store. I was referred by a friend, and I will also do referrals. The Excellence Award posted on their window is the real deal.

The manager Derek is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took great care of my dad when he needed a phone replacement. When the original phone needed to be replaced, he was there to save the day again. My family will not go anywhere else!
