Even though it says Verizon on the store, they are not an actual Verizon store but a reseller. They have their own strict rules which will burn you. They are seperate from Verizon so you have to deal with them and Verizon cant help you out in your trial period. And they are terrible to deal with. Bad customer support and they will do nothing if you have problems. I learned the hardway. Do yourself a favor and dont go here, for any reason. Find a real Verizon store or go online. I really wish I had.

Great customer service! Tony was there to help me. I wanted to get my wife a new phone for our anniversary and he was more than helpful. We also added another line for our son. Its not his fault Verizon wants to price gouge. However, he took his time and explained the itemized receipt. Ive been going there for two years now, Ill keep coming back!

The other review is horse-poo. I have gone there for the last two years and have been given above exceptional service. My droid X has broken THREE times, and each time they have worked with me to replace it (albeit with refurbished ones.. but thats besides the point). I have bought over 7 cell phones at this store, and theyre great.
