Unbelievable service. I usually dont care to write reviews because I believe good service should be expected from local businesses, but after my latest dealing with Batteries Plus I just have to let others know what I experienced. About two weeks ago I dropped my Iphone 6s plus and completely shattered the screen. The phone functioned perfectly even with the cracks, and in the end I decided it made much more sense just to replace the screen rather than purchase a new Iphone. After doing a quick google search, I discovered that this location offered Iphone repair services. Having used them for two car batteries, key fob battery replacement, and numerous watch battery replacements I decided to go with their screen replacement service. While not cheap, $180.00, I trusted this local business to do right by me and they did by offering me a 10% discount coupon even though I was unaware of the promotion. That was nice of them to do and they certainly didnt have to...just treating the customer right. I dropped my phone off on Saturday, Jan 14th. After two hours, I received notification that my phone was done. I picked up the phone and all was well for about an hour. I noticed that I wasnt receiving messages or calls, which is strange. Upon closer inspection my phone was displaying a message "no sim card". I swung by the store and they immediately took the time to inspect, reseat the sim card, and got it working again. Saturday night the screen began flickering and eventually the back light went out completely. At this point, the phone was actually in much worse shape than when I dropped it off, due to the fact the it was nonfunctional. Heres where batteries plus showed they stand behind their services and put the customer first. When I went back on Sunday, the tech showed genuine concern and didnt show any skepticism etc. he simply took the phone back and told me theyd look into it. Within two hours, I received an email telling me that they had replaced the screen again, for free, but that the issue persisted. I was told, that if it was ok with me, they would keep the phone over night and speak with management in the AM. So, today I get a call at my company around noon letting me know the phone was fully functional and all ready to go. I sent my assistant to pick it up and, as promised, the phone was back in perfect working order. I do not know what they did to make it work, but I really feel they did right by me. Truly, it would have been very easy for them to say "well sir, perhaps you damaged the main board or some other component when you dropped your phone" and taken the stance that this issue was unrelated to the screen repair. I couldnt prove otherwise, after all. They did not do this, instead, they just did whatever they had to to take care of the customer and make sure I was satisfied. I know it is a long review, but thanks for reading, and I encourage any and all persons with battery or phone issues to use this location. I will certainly be a customer for life after this experience. Will W. Plymouth Update 06.16.2017 My Phone has begun to experience the exact same symptoms that caused me to bring it in for a screen replacement. The screen flickers, the top right portion on the screen is always dark, and a few time through the day the screen goes completely black. So I guess when it finally got sorted out it did operate correctly for a little while, but now the issues are just as bad as before. I suppose I can just live continually hard resetting my phone throughout the day, but thats no way to live in this fast paced world:) I just dont remember...did this repair come with a 1 year warranty? I found batteries plus to be very unprofessional with poor customer service. After returning my old car battery - I never received my $12 credit for returning the used battery. After calling 4 distinct times - the manager refusing to help or look into the issue - simply claiming that "everything looks good on my end" - another employee provided the corporate number and moved on. It is unfortunate that we were unable to resolve the issue - as I would of came back again for other batteries.

Stay far far far away for getting your device repaired. I brought an iPad Mini in to be repaired. No joke it took them 6 times over the course of 6 months to get it right. Issues ranged from the screen would pop off continuously, a fingerprint on the inside of the glass, tool marks all over the iPad and on the 6th time they screwed it up so bad it wouldnt turn on - Thankfully. They had to send it into Apple to get fixed. Guess what works perfectly now? That same iPad.

My car battery was replaced in about 15 or 20 minutes. No wait at all. Exceptional service, excellent price. Tech answered every single question I asked while replacing the battery. Apart from that, the battery was manufactured in August 2016. Which means just few days ago. Wouldnt that be nice? Compared to other places I got the top of the line battery for very good price, with a rebate and free service.

I expected to pay $69 for the work being done to the Iphone. When I came to pick up the phone the person indicated $107. That was not what i agreed to and signed / authorized. They said I selected the incorrect option online. If that was so then they should have called to get permission to spend that much more to fix my device. I could have gotten it done for $85 else ware!!! felt like bate and switch to me.

We brought in an ipad to get a new screen. They did a very poor job. It took them 3 tries to get it right. Very poor customer service. We were promised on the phone a partial refund, that also never happened. UPDATE. NOW THE STORE MANAGER IS CLAIMING THEY NEVER OFFERED US A PARTIAL REFUND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! THEY DO POOR WORK AND ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS!!!!
