Tried to set up 3 phones there on a family plan, over 2 days with a combined 7 hours it was finally finished, seems like no one knows what they are doing, also got an HTC Desire Eye, it broke after 1 year and they did not do anything about it.. Switched to Cricket Wireless, way cheaper and same coverage as AT&T, got all 3 lines set up in about 30 mins with no problems, cricket doesnt have any data overages and no taxes, so if the plan comes out to $100 (Mine did) the bill will be $100 flat. I have 3 lines on cricket all smartphones with 3 GB on 2 of them and 8 GB on 1 for only $100, I have had the same coverage, but better overall experience, Also when I run out of data I dont get charged extra, the speeds are just slowed. While initially dubious of this location due to its Authorized Retailer sign, having normally only done my business in corporate locations, I can honestly state that the team at this location goes Above and Beyond the norm in assisting its customers! Friendly and Knowledgeable Experts on almost all devices, the reps were kind and full of energy! They answered all my questions without a hint of frustration (I ask a lot of questions haha) and even helped me acquire a cellular Microsoft Surface tablet! I recommend this store highly (5 stars) to anyone out there who wants amazing customer service!

We have been with Verizon for years and needed a change. I was expecting the same old routine and a lack of customer service. Not only am I happy with AT&T, we received such amazing customer service from Austin today! We had a few snafus (couldnt remember passwords, our fault) and things took a little longer than normal but Austin was kind, funny and patient the entire time. I felt that we were valued even before committing to switch service. I have no doubt the other team members there are just as great! Thank you for surpassing my expectations and making the whole process very easy.

I recently switched from another carrier to AT&T using this location, it has taken me 3 weeks of numerous phone calls and going back to this dealer to correct the account mix up that the DEALERSHIP was responsible for. This dealership was NOT helpful, they did absolutely nothing to look into the problem which lead to hours on the phone with AT&T. Customer service was not a priority here. Do not recommend at all.

Let me just say WOW! Customer service that will make me come here again and again. Customer service that just gives you that special feeling inside! As a 63 year old man, you dont see that very often anymore and its very helpful when quite frankly Im not the smartest at phones. Very thorough, 100% recommend!

Im not thrilled with AT&T in general with the amount of problems Ive had with some of the products but Andrew at the Chanhassen location gets my 5 stars for knowledgable and personable customer service! Very patient and thorough!
