I have visited this store 3 times since they opened the new location. If there was a 10+ rating, this team would get it. Every time Ive been there, Troy, the manager, has been on site and ready to help 100%. The other Troy was also there along with Ryan. All three of them couldnt have been more positive or any more helpful. I wasnt buying a lot but they made me feel like a number one client. This has been my consistent experience every time. They always make sure I have the best, most cost effective package- without asking. Ive been an ATT customer for over 18 years. They always ask the right questions and take the time to make sure I know how to use what I purchase or have already purchased, even if it wasnt from their store. The store location is so much more convenient than the mall, spacious and never ever have had to wait for service. I work for a very large consulting firm and have many clients so I know the difference between good and exceptional quality customer service- this team has it all. I dont give reviews frequently but this team deserves it. Good leadership and excellent management and teaming. Thank you for making an otherwise very stressful day end up on such a positive note!

Stopped here earlier today for a new phone and I had insurance on the original. Was helped by a very pleasant gentleman named Ryan. He went through all the necessary steps of filing the insurance claim and submitting this before we were done. Result is a replacement phone being delivered without any hassles and this is very much appreciated. Tried to do the same at the Chanhassen store on Wednesday and the results were definitely not the same simply because of the customer service. Young gentleman told me the phone has a 1 year warranty and did absolutely nothing when I mentioned I had the extra insurance. Thanks Ryan, good to see that there are actually people that care enough about their job and people to go through the extra steps to keep a customer happy. Marty Peterson

Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and fun. Worked with Troy and Ken at the store. Troy took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for the answers I needed. He then referred me to Ken. Ken is extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering the many questions I had when switching to a phone I was not familiar with. I highly recommend them to anyone, whether you are tech savvy or not, they will help you! Ive been an AT&T customer for nearly 20 years. The reason I have stayed with AT&T are the people like Ken and Troy at the Eden Prairie store. They are the best!

I visited this store today with my boyfriend to sort out an issue with his account. He spoke to a representative over the phone and was directed to go into a store to sort it out. He spoke with the manager Troy. Troy was extremely unhelpful and down right rude. He was unwilling to even look up my boyfriends account to view the notes that were made on the account regarding the issue, he simply told him he was wrong and that he couldnt help him. I expected much more from a manager.

It is very sad to hear that ATT a big worldwide company does not honor the promotions and does not assume their mistakes when they posted a deal online and you order ii. The final response was "please accept out more sincere apologies for the order cancellation." , For my futures purchases ATT will not be an option and definitely I will not recommend ATT .it is a waste of time
