The sales staff are highly motivated to get you signed up , even at the expense of the truth. After being assured that I would not have to come out of pocket for anything when switching from sprint, after I ran through multiple scenarios and was told after each ," well cover that ." Even after I brought my bill in and made sure everything would be covered , it was not. I called three times waiting for my sales person (Emmet) to come in , explaining why I needed to speak with him. When I came in his response was, "yeah, like I told you last time ..." Which is nothing like he told me last time , but he was told I was coming and why. Now were left paying three hundred dollars to sprint and stuck with terrible coverage . #imsorrysprint #takemeback

Probably best experience Ive had with customers service in a long time, Christopher Dcruz = my phone guru! He is amazing! Whatever your need is I recommend to just go in and have him help out! The next day I had to stop by and to my surprise he wasnt there, but the rest of the team took care of what I needed! Walked out with lower payments and new phone. Love this location & and my shiny new phone!

Charged twice when purchasing a new phone and adding a line. Store told me to contact customer service to get a refund, customer service told me to contact the store. Nobody will issue a refund. The T-mobile store associate also turned off data on all the lines when he updated our plan. Had to wait three days to have it corrected. I will NEVER go back. I hear Sprint is good?

Ive been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years. The service at the store is part of the reason why. Went in recently to get a new phone. They were very helpful and didnt pressure me into getting a more expensive phone or upgrading to other unnecessary services or supplies. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.

Very knowledgeable about the product, service reps use most of the products themselves, or have in the past. A lot of them even carry multiple phones to make sure they know the product well enough to help the customer. Very happy with the experience.
