Google Nexus 5 repair- best in the metro area. I never write reviews for places but SmartFix is a place that deserves all the attention. I called around to every place and they told me Id have to wait 5-7 days until they could get the part shipped to them and it would cost somewhere in the range of $150-$200 depending on this that and the other. I called up SmartFix and Luis had the part and told me he charged $120. I went in and within 15 minutes it was fixed. It was really that easy. Great price, quality, and a friendly owner makes this place a relief to know that it exists. Dont bother yourself trying to figure out whos going to do the best job for the cheapest price and call around everywhere. Bring it here and dont worry about it!

I smashed my HTC Ones screen and needed it fixed. HTC was going to charge $180 plus shipping and would take two weeks. I didnt want to be without a phone for that long so I looked for someone local and found Smartfix. The replacement only cost $130 which was great, considering the One is notoriously hard to fix. I dropped my phone off at lunch and came to pick it up after work. The replacement part they had ordered turned out to be faulty and did not work correctly. Unfortunate but not their fault, I left my phone again and they were able to take a part from my old screen and make the new one work. All in all it was faster and quicker than if I had to send it in.

Would HIGHLY recommend seeing Luis here if you have a broken phone. Parts to fix my screen needed to be ordered and arrived later than the "estimated delivery date". I was notified that the shipping was late and he followed up every day after to give me a status of what he knew. Customer service was top notch. I didnt really feel like spending $150 to fix my screen, but I feel comfortable paying them because of the way I was treated. I had checked prices around town and others were charging around $250. Overall my experience was fantastic and would tell anyone to go here if they need a repair done to their phone. A+++

these guys are my heroes! i was convinced id somehow destroyed my phone and when i called and explained what it was doing, he told me that it sounded like the issue was a simple, quick fix and that if he was right, id be out of there within 10 minutes... and only out of pocket 20 bucks! guess what? HE WAS RIGHT!!! this was an all around excellent experience; top-notch customer service, knowledgeable techs, and significantly lower prices than their competitors on most repair services. This is a low-overhead business .... Their store front is nothing fancy. But they are professional and offer excellent customer service. We called for a same day appointment, brought my daughters iPhone in with a cracked screen and they had it repaired in about 30 minutes. The phone works perfectly and the price was as good as I have seen anywhere for this type of repair. A great little small business that deserves your business. Keep them going so we all have a place to go the next time we drop our iPhones. :-)

Smartfix did a FANTASTIC job on repairing my iPhone 5 screen! I came in that day because I found some great reviews online about them and they were all correct! They were so nice and said that it would take about 40 minutes! I get a call about 40 minutes later and it was ready, they also put a free matte screen protector on for me. Yes, it is a little pricey...BUT it is well worth it----I guarantee! I highly recommend Smartfix to anyone! I would definitely go back if I had a problem with another device.

SmartFix was so helpful! I requested a quote through their website well after hours on Monday night and I had a response within an hour. Making an appointment was easy and the owner was knowledgeable, professional and was able to fix my cracked iPhone screen within 30 minutes. The quality is great and I walked out with my phone looking and working like new for a much better rate than any of the other iPhone repair shops offered. I will be using them again if I or my family need a smartphone repair.

They are very knowledgeable of phone technology and very friendly fixed my phone for free because it was too easy for him. Anything not working on you phone go here because they know what they are doing and your main cell phone store (version, t-mobile, sprint) they all will refer you to this guy because they cant fix phones they are a sale staff they will just try to get you to buy a new one. These guys are the best!

Within minutes, I received a call back from Luis who: assessed my situation, set up an immediate appointment (because I was in a rush to get my LG G3s screen fixed) and had me in an out in less than an hour. I brought my phone here after I dropped it on my garage floor (the screen was shattered). Luis the owner of the company fixed my phone in 20 minutes and it looked brand new. He also cleaned out my speaker and I can hear much better. The place looks a little grungy, but they just moved into this location. I highly recommend their work!

Actually had to bring two phones here. One involved a drunk guy at a concert knocking it out of my hand and the other involved some jumpy dogs. My experience was great both times. He was able to replace the screen in a few hours and even gave me a nice little screen protector one time! Small shop but very professional, would recommend.

Best place in the Twin Cities area for wireless repair. These people are fantastic. I dropped my phone in the sink. They fixed it within 20 minutes at a more than reasonable price. I had a bit of water damage on my iPhone 4. Luis did a terrific job of diagnosing the issue and fixing my phone. A few days later, another portion of the phone had a bit of corrosion. "No problem" was Luis answer and he helped correct the issue with his warranty. Im super pleased with SmartFix and will come back!!!!!
