Horrible experience at this location yesterday. The manager was very rude and told me that I should go to a different store to ask for help. I was trying to resolve an issue that sprint had made in the first place with our plan. I had call customer service with no success so stopped in the store to see if they could help me. At fist there was a really nice kid doing his best to help. The manager kept interrupting us asking him about sales for the day. Then, the kid couldnt help so the manager (while hes helping other customers) "tries" helping me. Says he cant do anything and that I should go to a different store. I asked what they would do for me that he cant do? He said they could call corporate - I asked, "and why cant you do that?" He says, "Im helping other people and its going to be a LONG time." He could have just said, "I could care less about the problem youre having and dont want to deal with it so go somewhere else." Ugh. Never going back to this location again.

Worst. I am tired of sprint adding back insurance when asked to take off and now they also ended my bogo without telling me. They said I will not have to pay any higher rates, but I have to pay $30 more. Manager said he would call me back the next day and he never did. I called and found out he worked, but had already left. I am tired of the run around. I left sprint before because the customer service was terrible and went to Verizon. Verizon prices went up so I went back to sprint. Same thing is happening. Charging me and changing account without my knowledge until I get my bill. Verizon was much better to work with.

I am getting completely frustrated with this store and the manager. Back in Nov they charged me for 2 monthly leases when I only had ONE! It is now Feb (3 months later) and I still can not get them to refund the over charge. What do I have to do!! I have been with Sprint for over 10 years, I do not really want to change because of the rotten service, but I will if I have too!!!

I recently purchased a nexus 5 and I needed to activate it. Called three other stores and they were out of Sim cards for this phone. This one had it. The store manager personally helped me activate my phone and switch accounts. There were some issues but he figured it out. I would drive the extra 10 minutes to come back to this store if I have any issues.

WARNING: My phone broke. I showed up to this store to have an old phone activated. The gentleman that assisted me not only activated my old phone but canceled my perfectly good unlimited data plan with a limited txt/min plan and added a 1GB data plan. If I hadnt caught the change the same day I would have been required to pay.

I went to this store because I was switching from Verizon. They helped me get my number switched over and helped me set up my new phone! I had a lot of questions but the sales rep was very patient with me. The store is very bright and clean and i would recommend this location to everyone! Thanks for the great customer service!

I would have given them a higher rating, but when the employee that was "Transferring" my data left with both phones, came back two minutes later, and said "All done". I looked at the new phone, she had transferred literally nothing. I would have lost 30 GB of music and thousands of pictures. #notcool

The worst most incompetent service I have ever received in my life. I had to spend $137 in cab fares for misinformation given to me by the store clerks at this location. If you value your time and money, stay very far away from this store.
