The staff was professional and was not a high pressure sales environment. Product knowledge of the phone, watch, and service I purchased was outstanding. Every question I had was answered. Ive been a t-mobile customer for our over 13 years and this was by far the best experience with the company Ive ever had, mostly due to the Professional salesmanship of Ben Stickney. Thanks guys!!!

Got what I wanted, but always the same thing: TMO employees are not usually knowledgeable about their own products and inventory and they are always willing to upsell you things you dont want/need.
