If I could give this kiosk a ZERO I would. I called their number, and gentleman by the name of Andrew answered. I made an appointment to get my screen fixed for 12:30. He told me it would be $119 to fix my Iphone 6s plus. I also specially asked him if they took credit cards he said yes. I wound up dropping off the phone at noon but he said it would be ready in an hour and that I would pay when I picked up the phone. I went to get my son from summer camp and went to whole foods to kill some time. At 1:00 pm I went back to the kiosk, with my son in tow. As I walk up I see a gentleman speaking to Andrew. I overheard Andrew explaining to the gentleman that his card reader was down and that he could only take cash. He told the customer if he went to get cash that he would give him a discount on the services. Once the man left I of course am asking what is going on with the card reader. Andrew then explains to me that he has been on the phone with the company trying to fix the card reader for TWO HOURS. Mind you, I called at 11:30 and asked if they took cards at which point he said YES. He never warned me that his card reader was down at the moment and that they may not be able to take a credit card once I got there. He then tells me that if I go to the cash machine inside of Macys that he will also give me a discount. I asked how much would it be now. He says "$120." Now on the phone he told me that it would be $119. When I explained to him that $120 is not a discount, that is in fact MORE than he quoted me on the phone, he said, "well there is taxes as well." He attempted to give me a discount on taxes. I said no that is not enough for this inconvenience. He then said okay Ill do it for $100. I said no. I asked to speak to a manager and his response was "I am the district manager." To say that Andrew was RUDE is an understatement. He totally wasted my time, causing me to drive back and worth with my very tired son. He lied about the card reader, he lied about the price, and on top of it all was extremely rude. I will be writing a letter to corporate office about this incident.

I had bought a groupon for Cellairis. brought my phone to get a repair done, the repair was done fine, my issue arose upon payment. I had printed out the groupon, and given it to the fellow working there when i first brought my phone in. when picking it up, i was told to pay full price. I had forgotten that i brought in my Groupon. I few days later I called and informed the employee that my Groupon had not been applied. I was told that they needed a receipt, which was e-mailed to me. unfortunately I had deleted that e-mail, which I will fully take responsibility for.!! my problem is when I had called to talk with the people there. I was told numerous times, that it would be taken care of. This was September btw. so needless to say I have been patient. I had made calls maybe once a week, shortly after, then went for a month between calls. Each time I was told the same thing", they would take care of it, just be patient." The employee had also told me that his boss would have to talk to Groupon, but I kept getting excuses as to why this wasnt happening. I dont think I had be in contact with them since January. I finally go into the store a few weeks ago and the owner or manager was there along with the employee i had been dealing with. He told his manager that "this is guy who i was telling you about, and i told him he needed a receipt." He failed to mention that he also told me, that they would take care of it every time I had talked to him. The manager informed me there was nothing they could do without a receipt. I just said "ok" and walked away. feeling it just wasnt worth it anymore. Like i said, it wasnt about the money, its about being told one thing multiple times and them not following through.

Ive used Otterbox for the past few years to protect my phone from frequent drops & other battery, but lately have grown really tired of its chunky design. I went to Cellairis and found a huge selection of cute cases that have both rubber & hard plastic layers. I chose a pretty simple one - love the way it looks on my iPhone and feel like it will hold up to my typical abuse! Also, the gentleman at the counter was so helpful and willing to let me try out multiple cases until I found just the one I liked. Would definitely recommend!

Super, super terrible place to buy your gadgets and fix your phone.The managers from there tells you a lot of good things when you buy your things but the reality is diffrent. He never want to give you your money back even is they have a defect from the manufacture or if theyre scratched or broke or if it doesnt work.I feel bad for the people that work for him making it difficult for them to help the people that go there to buy stuff. So i would honestly not recommend anyone to go there.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I stood at the desk for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come help me. When the guy finally decided to wander over (to which he said he was on the bathroom yet walked up to me in the opposite direction of the bathrooms), he was rude when I asked for the bosses number to complain. I would never give my business to this company. They maybe cheaper than iDoctor but for the customer service, Ill pay the extra money.

Love the high quality products available here at Ridgedale cellairis! Staff is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about the products they sell! Would recommend this location above all others in the metro. Had bad experiences at other locations, sales associates just sat on their phones and made me feel like a burden for asking questions about their products. Ridgedale rocks!

Amazing staff and awesome customer service! Ozzie fixed my iPhone 6 in less than 30 minutes! I thought it was a goner for sure! After that he helped me pick out a case that would protect my phone that I actually like.. Im not a big fan of the Otterbox. I would definitely recommend this place for all things cell phone related!

The people at Cellairis are very helpful! I stopped by to check out their options and there was no pressure on me to buy something that day. They told me their price for black ice screen protectors was less than half what I paid at Verizon--wish I would have known that before! :)

Ozzie is incredible! He tailor made my experience well worth my trip here! Highly reccommend the ridgedale location over any other celairis in the metro, so friendly and personable! Love them!
