Let me tell you how my 5-day nightmare with ATT started. I have terrible coverage between Jordan MN and Lakeville MN with T-Mobile. I use my phone a lot for work and decided to look to see if there were better cover options. This is where my problems all started. I went to this ATT store and was helped by a sales associate Dimitri. I explained to him my issue and he assured me coverage would be better with ATT. I explained I needed good coverage for work and he stated I would have perfect service in Jordan and Lakeville. Based on this conversation I switched to ATT. From the first day of switching I had issues with service randomly not working or my data not working. I was assured this was due to the porting process and would clear up within 48 hours. After having these issues on day 2 and 3, I called back and had the ATT rep do some basic troubleshooting that did not fix anything. On day 5 I called ATT because I missed a super important work phone call from my house. Thats right 5 days later I still couldnt get consistent signal IN MY HOME. ATT tells me that my area is the worst coverage area in the state and "They are surprised I even got coverage in my house" explaining to the rep what the salesperson said they told me the sales person was "incorrect" (read: a liar) I ended up canceling ATT because of the service issue and rejoined T-Mobile. That cost me a $50 activation fee (again) and I thought that was the end but no... Now I have a bill for $175 for 5 days of service. I have requested the manager of this store to call me and have received no response. As far as I am concerned ATT can shove it, I would literally light myself on fire before dealing with these morons again. Since the manager would like to ignore my requests I have filed an FCC complaint against ATT.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE! Poor service. Had a problem with my phone and the person helping me starts looking through my apps and starts making comments like "I see you like to play games" and "you have some good photo apps". Tried to give me the runaround as to why my phone wasnt working. I knew what the problem was and he insisted it was not why I thought. I go to another store and its exactly what I knew it was. How dare someone start analyzing me based on my apps.

I have NEVER had a good experience at this store!!! The girl that works there acts like she knows everything and is VERY rude. When I tried to get some information on my minor childs account she was like "I cant tell you anything, because you are not on the account" I will NOT deal with her again this is the second time she has gotten attitude with me! Rude!

Drew is great. You can see he doing an amazing job. Great job P.S management does need to look into stuffing the floor with more associates. Because when you have 1 person on tbe floor with 4 people in line is a little frustrating.
