Employees were incredibly rude and unfriendly. I was sent to them by the Best Buy down the road for a loaner phone. They immediately threw a childish fit about how many customers from that location were requesting loaners and how incredulous it was that they were out of loaners over there. Along the hardware exchange process, I was asked for a pin. I had never made a pin or heard of it before. The boy working there told me he wouldnt help without a pin, did not even offer to assist in recovering the pin. They dont want your business, do not patron this store.
