Brian was the dude that sold us our phones. He cared more about making a sale rather than making sure everything went smoothly. We had other phones that were supposed to have the numbers switched but he never took care of that when he said he did. I ended up calling verizon customer service the next day and they took care of it for me. Come to find out i was told he never put in the request to get the numbers switched and he put down the wrong address for us. He was so eager to make a big sale that he didnt take care of what he was supposed to. It was overall a very bad experience and if i could go back i would have went else where. No apologies or anything... such bad service.. WARNING: if you get him walk away or request for someone else, unless you want the run around.. he doesnt do his job... he just wants to make a sale and kick you out so he can get to the next customer and make another crappy sale..

Fraudulent store. Would not let me use a Verizon gift card towards a new iPhone. They said I could literally use it towards anything else in the store, including any other phone, just not the newest iPhone model. There is absolutely no exclusions stating this on the gift card - in fact it says it can be used towards any merchandise at any store operated by Verizon Wireless. The manager, Michael, had no legitimate excuse why I couldnt use the gift card. I just couldnt. The same day I had another Verizon store sell me one (with my gift card) and tell me that certain stores do this so they can hold onto hot items and use them as upgrades or other transaction types that make more money for the store. Thats incredibly poor customer service.

PLEASE BEWARE. The reps (and managers) over promise and under deliver EVERY step of the way. Ive been a loyal Verizon customer for a decade now and I have never had a worse experience. And if your looking for corrections to be made or just simply good follow up service to rectify poor experiences; dont hold your breath. I work with customer service everyday and theirs is absolutely atrocious. I will go twenty minutes out of my way to not deal with this location ever again. Im also looking into changing providers entirely.

Dont buy anything extra if you heart is set on using he Verizon network. They will tell you stuff is free but then it actually costs you x amount of dollars per month and when you get the bill there is hidden fees. When you call customer service to get rid of it they tell you its a 200$ early termination fee. Cant wait to be done dealing with Verizon and move to a different network. Have had nothing but issues and been lied to on more than one occasion.

Stopped in to upgrade to a more expensive phone and the wait was worse than an Apple store. Had a store rep come over 3 times and tell me it would just be a little bit longer. 30 minutes after coming in, I decided to leave. I am not a fan of Verizon, in general, but their coverage for the areas I frequent is the best I can get. Go to another Verizon store if you can and avoid those "Z Verizon" stores in the area.

Jon sold me a phone a year ago, told me the only contract I had was through the phones. We signed up with Verizon on the spot and got new phones. When I finished paying the phones off to switch carriers they told me I had to pay off an early cancellation fee of $360 dollars... apparently he put me on a 2-year line activation contract. Thanks!!! Terrible people how can you be that unethical to grab a sale...

We received 5 star customer services from Lukas P. and Ryan D. We have beenVerizon customers for over 16 years and this experience confirmed that my wife and I made a good choice when we selected Verizon.

Always a long wait. An hour again tonight. After having a phone burn up on me, a promise of a replacement that didnt come, and finally getting sent one that nobody can hear me on, their only answer is to wait an hour. Makes one wonder why anybody pays $400/mo for such lousy service. Verizon has steadily gone down hill for years. Especially this location

Beware of Chad Allen. He says stuff thats not true. I couldnt believe my experience with him. In 30 minutes he bold faced led to me twice. When I called him out on his lies, there was no apology. I left not knowing if anything he had told me was correct, even my bill total.

There are a lot of sales reps, but dont expect much help. The service is slow, and most of the employees are more concerned with chatting to one another than they are assisting customers. Plan to spend at least 30 minutes there for even the smallest thing.

I stopped in there today and was having issues with my phone. Jason Henke was the guy that helped me. He went above and beyond what I had expected. He is a great representative for Verizon and genuinely cared about helping me! A+ Sir! I left happy!!
