Brought phone in since it wouldnt power on and stay on. Was told that could be replaced since we had insurance, but there is a deductible. We ended up going back to an old phone. I just did an online chat with Verizon and was told that they are shipping a replacement free of charge. What the person at the store should have said! It is covered under warranty when it quits working through no fault of the owner! I will not do business with this store and instead will do all my business directly with Verizon online. I miss the previous owners!

phone. Thought i was getting pretty good service from a guy named John, but in the days and weeks since leaving the store has been terrible! He kept my number and kept calling and calling and wanted to go out, and help me out, and he could do all these things for me. It was SO over the top, i finally had to change my number and complain to Verozon! STAY AWAY!!! ESPECIALLY GIRLS!!!!

Went to get customer service IN PERSON to help transfer phone lines on a separate account. The employee gave us a 1-800 number to call instead. He was more interested to help a customer paying to set up a new phone. We left and tried an online chat with Verizon instead and were told we had to get new phone numbers to separate phone lines. Not happy with Verizon services currently.

Best customer service my wife and I have had at any Verizon Store. Thank you to Corey for the help tonight when my wifes phone stopped working, and another local store wasnt willing to put in the time for a easy sale. The employees here are very patient and make sure you walk out of their store happy with the experience you had there

Duane, the owner, was the first person with Verizon to ever actually help me with my phone. I really, really appreciated his friendly and knowledgeable customer service. I had been going to the Verizon store in Coon Rapids, MN for years but not any more. From now on I only shop at the Verizon store in St. Francis, MN. Thanks, Duane!!
