STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE MANAGER!! REAL JERK AND NOT INTERESTED IN COVERING WARRANTIES!! I bought a Yellow Top Optima battery after their first battery failed. They prorated the battery so I had to pay around $150, then within a couple months is was dead. Brought it back, they said its fine and charged it. I parked my car for a few months and charged it every few weeks, but it was dead again. Battery Plus manager said they would warranty it, then changed his mind and said no. He said they would have to go back to the first purchase 4 years ago and its out of warranty. He said Im "Not an average customer" because I had a couple crap batteries. Real classy customer service there.... I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Update: The area supervisor is going to make good on the $150 dollar Yellow Top battery I purchased one year ago. Thanks.

My car was having some trouble starting, and I was pretty sure the battery was going dead, so I took it to Batteries Plus to get a replacement. They put a new one in for me and my car still wouldnt start--turns out it was a dud. They put another one in and my car STILL wouldnt start. Rather than throwing me out into the cold, taking my money, and flipping me off, they replaced my original battery (it still held a charge just fine), gave me a full refund (including the installation fee), and jumped my car so I could drive it to a service station. Easily the best customer service Ive experienced without paying a dime.

Brought in a year old battery that I had (by my own error) run way down. It was low enough that my trickle charger thought it was a 6v battery and wouldnt charge it. I thought I had ruined it and brought it in to buy a new one. Instead they manually charged it and load tested it free of charge! I now have a fully functioning battery that I would have otherwise spent $100+ to replace. Theyve earned a customer in me, and whenever I actually need a new battery I know where to go

I came in just wanting to buy a replacement bulb for my headlight. Josh help me and went above and beyond. He helped me figure out how to take the old one out to make sure I had the correct bulb. He was very helpful and we accomplished much more than I had expected. It was overall one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He even offed to let me clean up my hands after I got grease all over them.

Ive broken my screen to my iPhone, 3 times now. Each time I was given great over the counter service by "Joe" very polite and kind. He started conversation and got my phone fixed in a jiffy. He definently made my visit there under less than ideal circumstances a lot more enjoyable.
