Worst mobile phone shop ever. Sunday afternoon, about 20 people are in the store, at least 10 of them obviously waiting for service. My brand new AT&T company plan based iPhone stopped working completely after only 4 days, so I wanted to return it. The only one (!) employee in the store called over to me from a distance while serving another customer, I could wait 90 (!) minutes but better go directly to apple. Not even roughly checked the issue, what of course would have been difficult by himself and probably 10 more customers waiting.

My experience with this store was a nightmare. They sold me a phone that did not work. I returned the phone. They told me I was good to go. Nine months later, and four visits to this store later, I STILL have collection agencies trying to get the full price of the phone from me. I spoke to the manager at this store, who couldnt bother to even look at me because the Vikings game was on. My credit is being ruined because of these idiots. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE STORE.

Awful, three trips into the store and no solution. The automated process is a disaster, Id suggest to not bundling or going through At&t. I wasted hours of my life then finally had someone help me online, the in-store consultants were wrong the whole time. Fire the store manager.

Extremely unhelpful. Wouldnt let me do anything because I want the main person on the account and wouldnt let that person ok it or verify who they were over the phone. Essentially the main account holder would have had to drive there for me to even check if my phone was insured.
