Ordered on line. Received e-mail saying the batteries we ready. Showed up to pick them up and only one person working. Waited in line to find out that their stock was off. Ended up taking 1/2 hr to find this out. The associate called another store and had to drive there to pick them up. The associate did the best he could to help but not enough people on duty. I expected that by ordering on line the pick up process would be much better.

I stopped in at Batteries Plus Bulbs last night for replacement watch and key fob batteries and was impressed by the friendly staff, prompt service, and large selection of batteries, light bulbs, and accessories in stock. After paying the bill, I was thanked repeatedly for my business. I highly recommend this BPB location for any battery & bulb needs.
