Note: The rating above reflects this store only, not my experience with T-Mobile. I recently went in to pick up a replacement phone. The guy helping me added a third line to my plan (which I didnt need/want) because he said it was free and I should get grandfathered into the deal. He was also pressuring me to buy a new phone. I was there to pick up a brand new replacement one, so obviously I was not looking to buy a new one. My bill came weeks later and I had an extra $15 in charges. He neglected to tell me that Id still pay all the regulatory fees and taxes on the unused 3rd line. T-Mobile customer care was really helpful and adjusted off everything they could and canceled the line. Take my advice and avoid the guy with reddish hair or be more forceful than I was. He will take advantage of you. If you need assistance with anything, I recommend calling the customer service line first to see if they can help you. Avoid this store.

My phone was stolen recently and for the past two days I have been trying to shut it off. But each time they tell me they are having "technical difficulties" and so can not process my request - though they have it on file that I want to suspend my account. I made the mistake of not changing my four-digit account pin from the last four digits of my number so I believe whoever stole my phone got wise, and changed all my information. It is frustrating! They should have ways other then an account pin to verify an account. My account was linked to my home address and full name. But when I asked them if they can look into that, they simply said they are going through "service maintanence" and it usually takes up to eight hours. Now for the past two days I have been trying, that was the reason/excuse to why they cant retrieve my account. T-Mobile is a joke and I will NEVER come back those provider again.

Bought my phones at Costco with T Mobile service and had a porting issue so went into this corporate store and the manager told me he could not help with the issue because I bought from Costco. Absolute JERK! His name is Nick. If it wasnt for Costco I would not have signed up for T-Mobile. The guy at Costco was the guy that got me to sign up. I was there to keep my AT&T service and wish I did. The nightmare has begun. This manager Nick, should be fired for the attitude he uses toward clients. His response, "I cant help you because you bought somewhere else. REALLY? I would never walk in this store again and I would not refer business to T-Mobile due to his attitude and customer service in the Phillipines. Should of stayed with my reliable AT&T. I wish a district manager would call me. I will try to reach his manager.

Long story short, I bought a new phone when I really had a warrantee (another stores mistake) and I tried to return the new phone here. They gave me this lame excuse about how all the stores are not the same and they have different systems, so Id have to go back to the original (which is in another state). When I called the store where I bought the phone I was told that they were lying, its just something they say to get rid of people so they dont have to process the return and mark it as a loss at their store. In addition, the staff lounged around like they were hanging out in their friends backyard and the manager seemed as though he couldnt be bothered to do anything by stare vacantly out the window. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra distance to go anywhere else.

Although the folks who work there are decent enough people the disconnect in their, meaning Tmobile, online customer service and the sales driven focus of their brick & mortar location have resulted in canceling my plans early, resulting in their feeble attempts to charge me extra. Let me save you some time, LOTS OF WASTED TIME, go with sprint, they value your time and pay attention to customer service before and after sale. Tmobile cares only if you are on the front end and a potential sale. AVOID THEM THEY SUCK

Horrible customer service. The staff has no interest in listening to you when it comes to what youre looking for or what your issues are. They just jump to the most expensive plan and phone. There is no desire to satisfy you or help you in any way. This is the second time Ive been to this location because I am a current customer and it is the closest location to me. Due to this last experience I am not only not returning, I am changing providers.

I was in stops on my route for work and in dire need of a new phone (my charge port had stopped working) and switching over from Verizon. In spite of my generally caustic, impatient approach to being a customer, Wayne was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, nice and easy to deal with. I couldnt have had a better experience. The managers customer service was also great. The deals are good. Service is good. And so are the people.
