Please find this reveiw as written from the perspective of a grandmother of 4...only owning my first cell phone 10 mths b/4 a mishap on my part cracked my Dare screen. The phone was our only method of communication...we do not have a landline. With that said, my husband & I commute every week between MN (where we rent an apt) & WI (where we are working towards building a home from raw acreage) travelled a distance to the Wireless Zone in StLouis Park, MN because of the premier dealer tag and the positive service rep they carry....we were not dissapointed. We did not know about replacing, repairing or upgrading from the issue and was quite hesitant to resolve the problem ...not knowing if what reception we would get from Verizon customer service would be of impatience or indifference to our electronic ignorance. We in fact were very well taken care of & given the utmost attention to finding a phone that worked for our needs in this paperless system of communications. Along with taking great time in asking what had happened that cracked the screen, what I could do different in future use to keep it from happening again and how to get us into another phone that met our needs, Jeremy was especially personable in asking what we would like to do with an upgrade if he could find a way to resolve the problem we were facing without a phone without cutting deep into our set budget. The time taken was so helpful that we even replaced my husbands Dare, though, it was working perfectly fine, we saw, in the long run advantage financially, upgrading to Palm Pre was the way to go. We were fully informed of the phones extreme capabilities & wireless magic tricks. And were left with a sence that if we ever had any questions, or had forgotten how to operate the unique gesture modes, to call anytime. Jeremy & Brandon (sp) went above & beyond, all the while helping others in the interim, in getting my husband & I into wonderful phones that will fill our needs. We remain very happy with the Wireless product & cust service. We will refer to StLouis Park Wireless Zone for electr communications. THANK YOU!

I called this Verizon store and spoke with Max who courteously answered general questions I had about phones. When I asked him about the cost of new service, he gave me a ballpark figure, and then suggested I come into the store, as he had customers to wait on. By the time I came to the store there were no other customers. Max identified himself to me and answered my questions about the Pixel phones that I was interested in and was also helpful about the new HTC u11 phone Id read about. He researched the phone and told me that it wasnt scheduled to arrive for at least a couple of months, if even then. At some point Jeremy began to insert himself into our interaction. He began using hard sell tactics about phones and plans. Knowing absolutely nothing about HTCs new phone, he pontificated negatively about it. When I said that I might wait for the new phone and clearly appeared not ready to make a decision to sign on, he became increasingly rude. Eventhough I specifically said that I planned to switch to Verizon, he insinuated that Id wasted their time for 30 minutes. There wasnt one other customer at any point during my visit. He kept grilling me as to why I came into the store. It was demeaning to me and, in my opinion, to Max who had written figures down for me regarding plans. He said that I might as well throw those papers out! As much as I got excellent information and professional service from Max, I do not wish to see or hear Jeremy again, and I do not plan to go back to this store.

Great Staff! Brandon ,Bobby Wade and Steve really know whats going on when it comes too the Black Berry , Apple and Android Operating Systems. They can help you Sync,or help too find out why that E-mail is not syncing correctly. I watched these gentlemen handle a swarm of people in one of the most professional fashions possible, I have not had the pleasure of meeting the Manager but judging by their product and service knowledge at the staffing level I dont doubt Jeremy for a second, and after reading the reviews they just second and third my opinion on the great level of service they provide for each customer. I walked into a Verizon Store not feeling like a aimless sheep waiting for wolves to make as much commison as possible. These guys care about the service they provide. Thank You St. Louis Park, Wireless Zone for being so smart and ambitious and having a high IQ level too be able to show us how too operate and run every single device you carry with giving me the most bang for my buck. Very Impressive team! I will send my wife in for the Thunderbolt Thursday!

We had a few trials at first. There was a new employee there, who was very friendly and great to work with. Unfortunately, he made a mistake when we upgraded our phones. I wont mention all the details because Im confident that the employee now knows all the details and wont make the mistake again. We ended up having to exchange the phones, and the real problem was that there was some confusion about the mail in rebate that cost us $100. We were very upset when we left the store that day. The manager, Jeremy Swanson, called me a couple days later to let me know he had researched the problem. There was some confusion with the rebate center. It all boils down to a lot of miscommunication that Jeremy figured out. He was extremely helpful, and Im very happy with the outcome. If you have any trouble with the employees (and I dont expect that you will) rest assured that the manager is very reasonable and helpful. I definitely recommend shopping at this store.

Ive been a Verizon customer for over 5 years and have never been to a store that cares as much about its customer as the location by Rainbow in St. Louis Park. I used to shop at Knollwood and Ridgedale but found the pricing here to be cheaper, the service to be better, and just a sincere interest that these people care about their customers. I recently was shopping for a new phone and just happened to stop by the nearest store to me at the time, Knollwood Mall, and it seemed that as soon as they realized I was not looking to purchase a "smartphone" they did everything they could to get the phone somewhere else. They recommended I purchase a "like new" phone online because it was cheaper but after talking with Jeremy at the store by Rainbow he steered me the right direction and gave me a great price on my new "non-smartphone" Thank you Jeremy and staff for being there for us and not just pushing us to get a new "smartphone"!!!!!!!!

I had worked at sprint for 1 year in North East as a sales consultant ending in July of 15. My experience in this store was one i can soon hope to forget. Recently i have been doing independent contracting, i managed a crew across from this verizon for the opening of the blue fox restaurant. My phone died on the job so i decided to walk across the street to Verizon to check my email. I was immediately greeted by the manager in the most intimidating way i had ever been. He asked "who do you currently have and what brings you in? " I replied "I have no one, nothing brings me in, just looking". He followed up responding "If you dont have a reason to be in here in going to have to ask you to leave". AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I hope it wasnt my ethnicity.
