Im torn as to how to write this review. The woman that we worked with while we were there was friendly and seemed knowledgeable enough however it has taken me over two weeks to actually get the receipt that was told would be sent to my email. I had to contact Verizon to get the store to send it and my documents are still not properly uploaded so that I can view them on my account. Once I finally received the receipt from our phone upgrade I noticed that there was an additional charge for a service that was brought up while we were there. Neither my husband nor I ever actually approved this service to be added on to our plan and when I called the store to talk about it the guy was extremely rude and cut me off from the second I got on the phone with him. All I wanted was for the charge to be removed because I do not wish to have the service...he basically said that because we would have talked about protection for the phone that this would have been brought up and added. So all a representative has to do is bring something up to add it to your bill? I dont think so. I cant wait to go in and get this refunded and deal with this employees wonderful attitude. Also be prepared for a charge of $9.99 for them to "set-up" your phone and apply your screen protector if you purchase one of the ridiculously overpriced ones they carry. I say "set-up" because when we left the store my husbands phone wasnt even connected with Verizon! I spent over an hour on the phone with them later (store was closed at this point) trying to figure out why the phone wasnt connected and dealing with the SIM card and even he said they often have issues with people getting their phones up and running in the store. Why bother going with an authorized Verizon retailer when their customer service and hidden fees are way worse than just going to a Verizon store? I wont make that mistake again.

My family has been purchasing our cell phones and plans from The Cellular Connections Champlin location for over 5 years. Weve always found the service to be both professional and knowledgeable, and have never felt that we were being hustled or strong-armed into purchasing a plan or product that we didnt need. I recently upgraded and ported over my number back to Verizon from another carrier. Ray was terrific in sorting out an issue that TCC had nothing to do with, and was patient and courteous during the process. I cant recommend TCC enough! 5 Stars

Great experience!!! Andy B You were awesome! This young man took as much time as I needed to thoroughly understand my purchase, new phone, plan, options, trade in offer, and offered me small discount on new case and glass screen. The store was busy, I did NOT feel rushed pressured or upsold!!! I had the best experiences and am willing to drive the extra distance for this personal respectful experience!!! When some one like Andy goes above and beyond I feel it only fair to review respectfully. what an assert to your company!!!

Very thorough. I was confused about this rewards program they have. Basically thought it just cost me extra money and maybe itll help if I come back for my next phone...I was working with the manager Andy. He showed me a brochure of all the benefits. He broke each part down very thoroughly and showed me how I actually saved money that day by going with the program and will save even more again later. How cool that he wanted me to save money versus charging me extra!?! I will be going back. Thanks!

50/50 some staff want to be there and help other make it obvious that they dont want to be there and make you feel very welcome. I met a staff member the helped me look at items and ended up spending $200, then a well later went back to get more and met a staff member that didnt even want to come from out being the counter, I walked right back out and he didnt even blink an eye. Also gets busy with out enough staff but I get it, sometimes its busy sometimes its dead, depends on the time if day.

Just sent my son down to the Champlin store to get a new phone. Terrible exprience. I gave him all my Id info as I have in the past but under the new manager that wasnt good enough. Ive used your store since its inception and me and my family have been treated very well. The people have gone way out of their way to take care of us. I have 5 phones on the account. I will put it very blank. If the present manager isnt moved out you wont get anymore business from me.

Terrible customer service!! Told me If I bought a screen protector I could come in when ever I want to get a new one if it comes off or bubbles. Well broke my screen and got it fixed and went in to have a new one put on, they told me they would need to special order it because the no longer carry the protecter (The phone isnt even 6 months old). They told me theyd have it in a week. Now its been 2½ weeks and still no screen protector. Not pleased at all.

Worst experience ever and still trying to get a copy of my receipt from six days ago. I believe i was overcharged but I cannot discuss it with a true Verizon representative because the Champlin store cannot figure out how to fax or email me a receipt. What a joke and they are communications company. Steer clear of this headache and frustration!

Very rude people, didnt treat my son right he just got out of Army. The guy was totally disrespect and would b t cut him a break because he didnt buy his phone at a Verizon store. Hello they only have 1 option on base is a cell place you pick a phone and pick a carrier. I WILL NEVRR GO THERE TREAT A SOLDIER WITH DISRESPECT, HOW UNAMERICAN.

They are giving my parents the run around for a warranty they purchased. After some quick research my parents learned the value wasnt there and upper management agreed to reimburse. When my Dad went back to store he was greeted with more lip service. There is more terrible reviews on the cities community FB page as well.

OK. I was kinda annoyed when no one helped me what I walked in, and then proceeded to help people who came in after me. Once I got helped, the service was fine. Kinda costly, but so are every other cell phone store.

This is the second time I have gone there and they are closed. It is now 930am on a Saturday with 3 cars in the parking lot. Very irresponsible employees.
