Had a very good experience here. I called early in the day to inquire if the ZTE Wrap edge elite was in stock. The guy informed it was, and that it was available for the sale price of 79.99, since i was going to be switching from straight talk. When I arrived at the store about an hour later he had actually put the phone aside for me which was a nice surprise I wasnt expecting. (unfortunately I dont recall the guys name :( but he was very professional, despite having to deal with a guy who was tripping on some kind of drug reaction that was head of me) Having said that if I didnt have to wait for "mr druggie" I probably would have been in and out of the store in about 30mins. I was very pleased with the service provide, and so far very pleased with Boots service plan and phone. I visited this store on Saturday July 2nd 2016.

Save yourself of the problem of buying with them. They sold me a phone that was blocked.I returned to the store next day to return the phone and the sales person ensured me that the phone would be ready next day. Next day they had it a different sales person on the store that knew nothing about the phone and he wasnt able to do any returns either. He gave me another phone number to call and I call about 4 times and they never returned the call. I called the other stores to see if I could get any help and the customer service was terrible. The other 2 people that I was able to contact were very condescend and not able to help me either. I was suppose to wait for one more week until their manager was back from his vacation. What a headache. Save yourself of the headache.

This store is Terrific, The two brothers there were absolutely great and even though it was busy they got to everyone in a timely manner. I cant believe howthese workers put up with us customers. I saw so many other customers acting like babies and being total jerks to the employees. Thank you boost employees for putting up with Piece of **** customers. I have worked retail as a young lad, my job was a cake walk compared to the brutality you guys put up with. Everyone there should get a raise. Thanks again Moe and Jay you guys were awesome !

If I could give less then one star I would!!! DO NOT go with Boost! Awful customer service! I cancelled my phones after 4 days after paying 89.27 and they refused to give me a refund for services I am not using! I have asked them to add insurance to my phones since the very beginning but they obviously cant hear... I lost one of my phones and they wouldnt replace it so I had to spend 250.000 on the new phone. SCAM!!

theres a guy named Jay at boost mobile in Brooklyn Park he is the coolest guy that youll ever meet whatever you need he will help you like he has helped me being the guy he is I appreciate all what he did for me with my new iPhone its going good I look forward to proceeding with this company for years to come
