I will never suggest that anyone do business here confused and inconsistent service. I switched over in August and still have not gotten my switchers credit. Now my credit score has doped 40 points. The management is limited to the things they can do in the store. Was also sold a used iPhone which I can not use after the system update. Not happy with the switch at all.

Thoughtfulness in customer care goes a long way. Though it was clearly busy, the gentleman working with a couple people simultaneously, still was aware enough to great new customers entering, ask if there was a quick question he could answer and helped to send me, satisfactorily on my way. Job well done! Better than well!

Took over three hours to get two new phones activated. They promised us ipad minis with purchase of new phones, but then said no. Liz was great, but manager has no customer service skills at all.

Dont bother reading their hours, they open over an hour later than posted. Staff was either ignorant or apathetic to customers. Drove to another location to get actual service.
