Horrible experience with this Verizon franchise store. Do not purchase anything from this store if you want it covered by a warranty or return policy; theyre separate from Verizon corporate stores and so do things their own way. I purchased a flawed phone from them and was told I had 14 days to return it, no questions asked. I went to return the phone(within the 14 days) and they gave me the run around for 2 hours before finally telling me that they couldnt help me. Dont spend your money here; go to a corporate(store front) Verizon.

they were not helpful at all, they sent me away cause they didnt want to fix my phone. Cause my phone wont turn on, and i cant restart it at all. so i had to go to a real store and they couldnt open the account.
