The first time I went to Verizon. I was under the impression that I was going to finance a phone for my phone plan. Turns out that the guy changed the contract just before I signed to have it as a phone rental. So I have to pay $40 extra a month for my rented phone for two years. Tried to fix it and they said I was bound by contract and tough luck. Not only that, that same phone blew up in Vegas and I had to order a new one. I guess I left the old phone in the hotel cause someone found it and sent it to me two months later. Verizon charged me $200 for the device and said it will be taken off when they get the phone. Well I sent it and now they refuse to take the charge off. I dont understand how thats legal. On top of that, the auto payment stopped working and I didnt know, without warning, today they turned off my phone that I use for work. That phone is how I make my money. Now Im constantly being thrown between customer care and financial services going over the same dialogue over and over and over and over. They created it to be a loop to drive people nuts and give up. They wont reactivate my account so that I can make money to pay for the account thats over due. Now I have to go start a new phone plan with a different service so I can pay that bill and then get charged for cancelling my contract. This company will scam you and screw you over first chance they get. And being a business owner does nothing when It comes to this company. I cant believe I even trusted this company.

Yes, I found the north door locked. I was told that the business closed early that day for an employees event. In spite of that, I was allowed to come into the store and was helped with courtesy and value. I agree with you. It is bad policy, especially since there was no sign on the door explaining the early closure. So why the 5 stars??? Thats easy to figure out!!! Just treat yourself to some special verizon care and experience the brilliant expertise, knowledge and explanations that Alex and his associates will give you. Ive spent hours and hours talking with verizon, customer care on the phone. Made trip after trip - stop after stop - and visit after visit at verizon stores, only to find out that Alex can solve most of my unfinished, frustrating and confusing dilemmas in the blink of an eye (exaggeration intended).

This store is the best and as a Bloomington residence I have never had a better exspeirence. I was given all options for my new phone. The new phone payments we something I had not seen before so I was glad they took the time to explain. I also bought a tablet. Over all best Verizon stop I have ever had. Well done!
