I normally went to the blaine location off 65 but they wouldnt help me. now im going here the north town location. My account was changed dramatically by a guy i thought was giving me a deal this happened at the Rosedale mall location. Long story short i came in to replace my phone the other day.. But to find out i was financing a speaker that i was told was free and i no longer had insurance on my phone that needed replacing. The guy from the rosedale location 3 months ago had removed the insurance on my phone to hide the finance charge of the speaker so i wouldnt notice the price increase..Very dirty business. But i was helped by blake and eric which fixed my account thank goodness so blessed. Blake told me that this had happened to me and its not okay to mislead customers for a sale. Not okay.. Go see these guys! Thanks again blake!!

Tmobile sales people r worse than used car sales people. Im a pretty loyal customer i still eat at Chipotle BUT iv been a tmobile customer 13 years and will b switching next month even i have my limits. FULLY READ ANYTHING U SIGN FROM THEM AND KEEP UR COPY thats all i will say for anyone wanting to chance it!

Worse customer service, kept me waiting for 30 mins and doesnt seem like they know anything about service plan. Give me an estimation rate of $200 monthly charge for 1 line of unlimited plan to a Galaxy Note 5
