I have been to this store twice to upgrade and switch phone numbers around on phones. Both times I have encountered an employee named Will. I find him to be a very intimidating yet efficient person. He reminds me of Sheldon Cooper from Big Bang. He comes off a little cold maybe even a little condescending but the man knows his stuff. I kept the emoyees a half hour past close and both were very polite about it. In fact Will apologized that it didnt go even smoother when really there was nothing he could have done because of how I purchased my product. Surprisingly pleased with my experiences thus far.

Im not sure why anybody would go here when the Besy Buy store is only 1 mile away. The General manager is rude and quite pompous and the sales person I worked with straight up lied to me, although in his defense I dont think he had any idea what he was talking about and just really wanted the sale. Please do yourself a favor an go to the main store. it is worth the mile drive, they not only know what they are talking about but actually care about the customer to be honest.

The employees were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. I walked in needing to get a new phone with a new plan with a new provider, and the staff was able to walk me through the pros and cons of everything so I could make an informed decision. This kind of personalized service is something youll miss out on if you go to a full Best Buy Store, so if you have questions, or need to be walked through a plan change, this is where you need to do it.

The employees were rude, I walked in and they just stared at me. Then the guy walked up to me and rolled his eyes, still not saying anything. I asked him to help me find a phone, he rolled his eyes again and then he just pointed to the section, and went back to talking with his coworker about online gaming. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I had a defective phone that I just purchased, I walked in and someone working there was pleasant, however said that it could be 45 minutes or longer before they could help me. This was in the middle of the morning on a Thursday.
