Finally a Sprint Store in our area! And it couldnt have come with a better staff. Today, I was calling around to try and track down a newly released phone, and I was having difficulty finding it in a nearby store. I then called the new Maple Grove Sprint Store, and the store Manager (Benjamin Torborg), informed me that they had also sold out of the phone, but that he would be willing to track one down, and then drive to pick it up for me. I found his efforts to be well above my expectations for customer service. Everything about my experience felt new to me. I was listened to, helped exponentially, and Mr. Toroborg allowed me feel comfortable enough to ask many question that I would have likely never ask a different Sprint associate. I knew immediately, that I had to write a review on, not only this store, but its Manager. WAY ABOVE any of my Expectations!

We had a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and assisted right away. Jake was very knowledgeable with the devices and plans. We upgraded our phones with no issues and even saved money on our monthly bill. Awesome experience! This will be our new store!
