Ive been a previous customer for several years, but after my last experience, in which not only did I feel I was mislead, but then when I went to return the phone less than two hours later, they wanted a $35 re-stock fee. I kept the phone, but will not ever do business with this store again. I felt there was dishonesty, and then instead of proposing some kind of reasonable resolution, there was just arrogance. See ya.

Extremely poor customer service, and very rude manager. Beware is this an only an authorized retailer. The management staff lacked knowledge of transition from a different provider to Verizon and in addition over promised a phone credit not recognized Verizon. This turned out to be a very costly mistake that we must pay.
